This quiet cottage enjoys exceptional views and has a private garden of 5 hectares with a tennis court available to tenants. The forest starts at the bottom of the garden. The walks are endless. The cottage is a remote annex, independent of the main house which is sometimes inhabited by the owners. The "Haut Chenois" gite is located 1 km from the village of Herbeumont, a beautiful tourist village in the Semois Valley, right next to the Gaume known for its sunny climate

Spacious chalet of 215m2 on a park of 4 hectares open to fishermen in a natural setting. In the central part: a beautiful room of 80m2 including a large reception room, a bar area and a living room. Upstairs : a mezzanine, a bathroom and 3 bedrooms. On each side of the chalet, there are two independent apartments but communicating through the central room. There are plenty of opportunities for hiking, before relaxing in the 6-seater spa or enjoying the terrace at the back of the gîte. Ideal for a stay with family or friends.

70 m2 duplex apartment in renovated house. The cottage consists of a garage, an entrance, a dining room with equipped kitchen, a bathroom with bathtub, sink and toilet, 2 bedrooms and a mezzanine landing. The cottage is in the heart of the village of Le Chesne overlooking the Canal des Ardennes. The village offers all the basic amenities (shops, doctors, restaurant, etc.). Lake Bairon is 3 km away. In summer, swimming is supervised.

The choice of materials, insulation, layout, its exceptional location are simply unique in the Ardennes. Thanks to our park, you can admire our deer from the cottage. New in 2025: an air conditioning system has been installed.

The treehouse is very lovely and therefore ideal for a couple of lovers. Included are bed linen, bath linen, tea towels and cleaning. You have electricity, running water and heating for your comfort.
