My place is a wooden house built by local carpenters with local timber. We use 100% renewable energy and even the waste is off grid. Situated in our 2 acre garden in a residential neighbourhood, opposite the pine forest. You can walk to the village for boulangerie and restaurants. We are 15 min from the Atlantic beaches of Contis. We welcome you in a charming chalet of 39m2 with a terrace of 40m2 located in a lush park bordered by the river "La petite Leyre". You are in the heart of the village of Sore. You will enjoy its shops and sports facilities by walk. You are 30 min from the vineyards the lakes of Hostens, 50 minutes from the Center Parc, the Bassin d'Arcachon and 1 H from Bordeaux and the beaches of Biscarrosse. You are ideally located to be able to do activities while being able to rest in peace.

The Perchoir des Graves

Come and experience an unusual night in complete privacy and take a break perched in the heart of the Pessac-Léognan vineyards. This tree house perched more than 5 meters high in an oak grove with jacuzzi and reading net will allow you to relax and enjoy the view of the vineyards. The accommodation is located 500 meters from Sources de Caudalie, 20 minutes from Bordeaux, less than an hour from Arcachon and about 30 minutes from Bordeaux-Mérignac Airport. In a quiet location ten minutes from the ocean and three minutes from the city center of Lit et Mixe by car, our two cottages "Les Coquillages" welcome you in the green setting of our garden. Both cottages are air-conditioned, equipped with a flat screen, Wi-Fi and an independent bathroom with shower and toilet. These two-person accommodations also have an equipped kitchen area, as well as a private terrace that is not overlooked. You have access to a heated pool in the summer.

Two complimentary Tassimo coffee pods, as well as tea and herbal infusions, are provided. No cleaning fee, but we do ask that you leave the accommodation clean.
