Colline de Boutiès: Friendly Unusual Nature Gîte adjoining our house on a landscaped estate of 3 ha. This traditional 35 m2 accommodation has a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, table and chairs, sofa and TV. One bedroom with bathroom (walk-in shower and toilet) Outside you have a terrace with garden furniture and BBQ. Access to the swimming pool and games are shared with the other accommodations. "La Paillote" bar and restaurant area is the living place of the Hill!

Enjoy the stunning views of this fully restored building in the heart of nature. Located on an old Quercy farm, it offers a very large, quiet plot, allowing for walks, relaxation and outdoor dining. A plancha, deckchairs, a living room and a garden dining table are available for you to enjoy to the fullest. On the inside, the ground floor communicates via an external stone staircase with the master bedroom. This serves a 2nd bedroom by a miller's ladder.

Located in the heart of Quercy between Cahors and Montauban, it will offer you a romantic break or a pied-à-terre for a tourist stay.
