Since fall 2019, the cottage has been shining above Flims at 1500 meters above sea level. During construction, great attention was paid to quality, regionality and above all longevity, as well as attention to detail – these are the ingredients that make our cottage so unique! The fantastic location promises a lot of peace and quiet all year round, ski-in and ski-out in winter as well as in summer, hiking or bike tours right on your doorstep far away from the hustle and bustle and noise. Our apartment NAGENS is ideal for 3 Families sharing for a max. of 8 adults and 4 children or max. 8 adults. Located on the 3rd and 4th floor of House C at The Black Summit Resort in Laax. A newly built apartment with 203m2 of living space. South & West facing balconies with 32m2, with great views of the mountains to the South and up to Craap San Gion. Wifi Internet, IPTV, and Netflix as standard. Integrated Sonos sound system. iPad digitally controlled lighting, window blinds & multi-media.

5 rooms available, about 120 m2, homy and relaxing area. Two floors and 4 bed rooms. 1 bathroom and 1 separate toilette. Bed linen and bath towels are all available and included in the price. There is a 30 m2 terrasse/platform in front of the house with an amazing view to Laax, Vally and the mountains. The house is good for couples, solo adventurers, groups and families (with kids). We have two baby beds, high chair and a basket full of toys available for families with kids. You are welcome!

Cozy 2 room appartment in Laax

Beautiful location for all activities in and around Laax. Comfortable with children or just as an adult weekend in the mountains. The apartment is stylish, and still pet and child friendly. There are boardgames for those lazy moments and the Postauto (local bus) to the hill in winter and overall in the area, is just five minutes walk away. You will find a bakery, restaurant, butcher and grocery store within a 7 min walk. Price for renting the flat includes bedding and linens for 2 guests.

The indoor pool is closed until December 26 due to renovations. Our beautiful 2-room apartment in Laax is centrally located and leaves nothing to be desired. It has a modern kitchen incl. Dishwasher and balcony. You can reach Lake Laax within a maximum of 5 minutes on foot. There is 1 bedroom with a double bed and 1 pull-out sofa in the living room. The apartment is for max. 4 people. During your stay, you may use the indoor pool, which is located in the adjoining building.

A pedestrian underpass will take you from the apartment to all these places within 2 minutes.

The studio is also characterized by its central location in Laax village with shopping and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The ski bus stop to the mountain railway (Laax Murschetg) is right in front of the house. It only takes 5 minutes to get to the valley station with the free ski bus. It couldn't be easier!

Casa la Runtga is in a wonderful location with fantastic views of Lake Laax, the village and the mountains. The lake resort, indoor pool, wellness, children's ski lift, ice skating and many leisure activities are within walking distance. The ski resort can also be reached in a few minutes by shuttle bus or car. The area offers very special hiking and biking trails. The treetop trail is one of the newest attractions and starts in close proximity.
