Die Unterkunft verfügt über einen eigenen Eingang und Garten. Ein kostenloser, videoüberwachter Gästeparkplatz steht zur Verfügung.

Our chickens and 4 dwarf donkeys are located in the slope below/next to the tiny house. In the tiny house, a kitchenette, a bathroom with shower, a loft with double bed and a pull-out couch in the living room await you. In front of the house you can relax comfortably and enjoy the sun.

Your private vacation terraced house in Gmunden, on the shores of Lake Traun with views of the lake, the Traunstein and the mountains. Directly opposite Toskanapark, Schloss Ort and the beach. With private terrace with green area, ground floor, upper floor and basement. 3 bedrooms, a large fully equipped kitchen-living room, conservatory, 2 bathrooms, 1 guest toilet. Just a 15-minute walk/5-minute bike ride to the center of Gmunden and the center of Altmünster.

Cozy, small apartment in the heart of Gmunden

Enjoy your stay at this centrally located place (approx. 30 square meters). The lake can be reached within 5 minutes by foot. Places of daily needs as well as the city center are also within walking distance. It is possible to park the car in the private parking lot. Connections to public transport are also available (bus, tram). The apartment has an anteroom, a bathroom and a living/dining area as well as a small balcony.

A modern apartment for max. 2 people in a central location with Traunstein views and free Netflix. Our approx. 40 m² completely renovated apartment, newly furnished with a lot of love for detail and all amenities, should be like a second home for your short or longer stay, where you can feel comfortable and relax. There is a bedroom/living room with double bed, a bathroom with shower and a kitchen.

Quaint hut on the edge of the forest - pure relaxation

Romantic little hut right on the edge of the forest with in-house sheep. PURE Austrian feeling! Come with a whole group or as a couple and enjoy the silence. We intentionally do without Wi-Fi TV and the like. At the large gravel parking lot in front of the cabin, you can make a campfire and grill with our tripod with grill grate. Then fall asleep to the soothing sound of the stream.

The new wooden block building, built in traditional architecture and insulated with sheep wool, is located in the idyllic lakes and Salzkammergut area near the Salzburgring. The bus stop towards Salzburg or Bad Ischl is only a 7-minute walk away. From here you can reach all sights or excursion destinations in about half an hour.

We are proud of our apartment "RESL" which was newly built and completed in June 2022. It is quietly located, fully equipped and lovingly furnished. Ideal starting point for hikes and as a starting point for trips to St. Wolfgang, Bad Ischl - our imperial city, Hallstatt, Bad Aussee, Salzburg, various lakes, etc.
