Located in one of the most enchanting and strategic positions of La Villa, this exclusive luxury apartment is the ideal place to savour the beauty of Alta Badia. In winter, you can just take off on your skis and reach the World Cup Gran Risa Ski slope or the Gardenaccia (great for beginners) in a few seconds. The Ski school is a few steps away. During the summer, whether you are hiking or biking, you can start and tackle one of the many great outings possible in our uncontaminated Valley.

It is in Alleghe centre,it is in a quiet and panoramic location just in front of Alleghe lake, 150 m. far from the square and 350 mt. from Civetta gondola. Outdoor parking place, elevator and ski room with ski-shoe dryer or bikes deposit. The apartment has 2 double rooms, a living room with divan bed for 2 people, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, Tv sat, dishwasher, washing machine, hairdryer, microwave oven, internet wi fi.

Paracia App Pec

The holiday apartment 'Paracia Pec' is located in Badia and boasts direct access to the ski slopes. The 65 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi. A baby cot and a high chair are also available. Your private outdoor area includes a balcony. The property has access to a shared outdoor area which includes a garden.

Accommodation made of larch and pine wood with a double bed made of solid wood, under which there is a space for storing clothes and belongings. Bed linen provided, heating and electrical outlets. Sottsass is a great and cozy two-bed room apartment, recently renovated, just 5 minutes by feet from the slopes of Gardenaccia, from where you can reach the best ski itineraries of the Dolomites, Sella Ronda and the tour of the Great World War.

The apartment has a large living room with kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtub and a second bathroom with a shower and two rooms with a double bed. The sofa can be used as a sofa bed, thus accommodating up to five persons in the accommodation.
