Holiday rentals with a fireplace in La Valette-du-Var

We stayed for a week in April. Very good bedding and very clean cleaning. The beach is accessible on foot as well as Les Halles where there are good products. The house is close to a busy road, the main one but far enough away not to be immediately dangerous for children. The outside is pleasant thanks to the plancha and sunbed equipment.

We had a pleasant stay. Everything went well, thank you for your trust.

Wow what a fantastic place! The outside space is amazing especially for families with kids because there are lots of activities onsite such as sports, an incredible adventure playground plus trampoline and zip wire. The heated pool is great and well worth paying the extra 50€ to book it for an afternoon. It comes with inflatables and toys which added to the fun There is also plenty of shade if you prefer to sit and enjoy the garden or the stunning views of the mountain, and interesting walks from the doorstep. Lea was so friendly and kind and gave us local recommendations and helpful information. The beds are comfy and the kitchen is reasonably equipped. The only slight negative to make future guests aware of is that to access one of the bedrooms you either have to walk through the other bedroom or go outside and use the patio door which opens straight into the bedroom, but it’s not a big issue. We will definitely come back !

This is our second time staying here and Philip is a wonderful host. The place is beautiful and we will be back next year.

Provencal farmhouse with authentic charm nestled in the heart of a beautiful property enjoying a pleasant furnished terrace. Thoughtful decor and impeccable bedding. The location is ideal for discovering the surroundings of Bormes-les-Mimosas, discovering the wineries, hiking on the golden islands or going to Cabasson beach on foot. A gem!

Very good stay. Would book it again. Two small things which haven’t been good: the WiFi is poor. Bad signal and very slow. And the barbecue place is not on very good conditions. Beside that an excellent stay.

Very spacious apartment in a quiet environment!

Jeannine's apartment is very spacious and beautifully decorated. Paintings, art objects, vases, furniture, etc. are arranged with unique taste and you immediately feel at home. The view of the palm trees from the balconies and from the windows to the beautiful garden immediately puts you in a holiday atmosphere. What I also liked very much are the beautiful plates and bowls of the kitchen equipment so every meal at the antique wooden table in the living room is very special. It is also nice that there is a washing machine, dishwasher and air conditioning. The wooden terrace in the garden with sun protection has real "St. Tropez Vibe". We spent beautiful days in this apartment and definitely want to come back.

We stayed for 14 nights at Jean-Pascal and his wife's home. They were very discreet and extremely kind. They gave us a lot of sightseeing tips which made our stay even more enjoyable. The apartment is even better than in the pictures. A real Air BnB as we love them. Fully equipped, the fridge is very large, the bed is very comfortable, the terrace is great. Only the washing machine is not in the apartment, which can be a little inconvenient for people who want to access it directly. However, we were able to do laundry without a problem, via Jean-Pascal. There is no dedicated parking space but there is a large parking lot next to the house and we have always found a spot. There are many small streets also where you can park. Everything was great, we felt right at home. Thank you so much for this holiday

The accommodation is spacious, nice and very well located directly overlooking the port of Sanary. The glass kitchen and the garden are beautiful, you can enjoy the shade of the trees, we came with our 18-month-old son who was able to enjoy this large space. You can do everything on foot, bakery, butcher, greengrocer, small casino and restaurants are two minutes' walk away. Catherine and people on site are available if needed, they were very friendly and responsive, in short, I recommend it 100%!

Great stay! We enjoyed a weekend in this apartment and everything was perfect. Very responsive and really accommodating host. Perfect communication and apartment as described. We can't dream better in terms of location, you just have to cross the road and we are at the sea. The garage is a real plus! The apartment was just wonderful. We felt home after the very first night. It is spacious has everything it needs plus the extra Charme you would want to have at the Côte d‘Azur. It was very tidy supplying enough to stay longer without having to depend on anybody. We had multiple evenings sitting on the terrace watching stars at clear sky or looking down on the lights of whole Hyères, which was wonderful. The location of the apartment is just where you would want to be in Hyères as it is just in the old town but a very short walk away from where it might get busy due to tourists. We can highly recommend to stay at Olivier as he was a great host to us. Not only did he let us stay in his very comfortable apartment but he also welcomed us by picking us up from the train station, which is extraordinary. Even though he was out of town during our stay, he made sure that we could always contact someone to help us with the smallest things.

Perfect and peaceful stay stay! The house was clean, fully equipped and very spacious. The environment and the view was stunning. Jean-Jacques' parents, who live below the accommodation, were very welcoming and very kind. I would this property.

We were warmly welcomed by Christophe who showed us the house as described. The beds are very comfortable. Well-appointed kitchen. Cozy living room. A terrace and splendid views! It was also nice that bed, bath and kitchen linens were provided. There were also beach towels for the pool and spa.

My friends and I had a great weekend. Beautiful villa, very well equipped, and perfectly in line with the listing. The 4 bedrooms are comfortable, including a master suite with bathroom. The residence is quiet and secure, ideal for resting. Host is responsive and very understanding. I would highly recommend it!

Awesome place! There were 6 of us during Christmas week. We "enjoyed" the calm, the sun, the view, the walks on the peninsula, Hyères les palmiers and Monaco, the wines produced by Stéphane our host, the wind that blew more than 80 km away and the bright waves on the terrace for the first 2 days, billiards,... Well-equipped kitchen for cooking! The small gate of the terrace is 50cm from the sea! It allows you to go swimming or paddleboard directly or take the coastal path that passes right in front of the terrace or to have your coffee with your feet in the water;) Stéphane is helpful, attentive, good advice, excellent winemaker and caring!
