L'appartement, classé et étoilé, complètement neuf, au second étage de notre villa, à seulement 10 mètres des premières vagues, bénéficie d'une grande terrasse donnant sur la mer. Il mesure 35 m2 et la terrasse privée 25 m2. Les restaurants et le parc Braudel sont tout proches. C'est le lieu idéal pour des vacantes relaxantes ou sportives, avec de nombreuses possibilités d'activités nautiques et de randonnées à pied ou en VTT. C'est le lieu rêvé pour des vacances en couple ou avec des enfants.

Bienvenue en Provence ! A votre disposition : un haut de villa de 75m2 avec 2 chambres + une terrasse de 20m2 avec vue et un terrain de pétanque. L'appartement, naturellement lumineux, a été entièrement rénové en 2023 et offre tout le confort nécessaire pour un séjour estival. Cette grande maison familiale dont une partie est dédiée au B&B, se situe dans un quartier paisible, entre mer et nature au son des cigales. Le logement est dédié aux voyageurs paisibles pour des séjours reposants.

Découvrez La Valette-du-Var, avec son marché provençal, ses bars, restaurants et boutiques typiques. Goûtez au calme dans le quartier de Baudouvin. A 10min à pieds du centre-ville, 10min en voiture de Toulon, 5min des centres commerciaux, 15 min des plages. Relaxez-vous dans ce cosy studio avec cuisine équipée, pièce de vie avec télévision et wifi, salle d'eau avec douche et WC. Et surtout reposez-vous sur sa terrasse à l'ombre d'un olivier, et passez de merveilleux moments dans son spa!

L'appartement et sa grande terrasse surplombe la mer Méditerranée. Il est idéal pour un couple ou une famille de 4 personnes. Proche du centre ville vous pourrez passer vos vacances au calme les pieds dans l'eau, avec un accès privé à la mer. Durant la haute saison, nous louons notre appartement à la semaine du dimanche au dimanche. Malheureusement, nous ne sommes pas en mesure de proposer des exceptions. The peninsula

'La Gaou' is our family home located 100 m from the coast facing the Embiez archipelago and right next to the Gaou Islands. These natural spaces are sources of inspiration as the landscapes change according to the sun's path and climatic conditions. On the first floor of our villa, the apartment called 'La Presqu'île' intended for our visitors, offers a real balcony over the Brusc lagoon and views of the open sea.

CABIN

Cabin in a green setting, a 5-minute walk from the beach. You can do some very nice hiking there. It has a swimming pool and an independent and private garden. It is close to all amenities (2 km from the city center). Carqueiranne is an authentic Provençal fishing village far from tourist places. Your peace of mind will be assured. There is a shared path to our house to access it (50 m).
