Casa Bella - Between the sea and Provençal nature

Welcome to Provence! At your disposal: a 75 m2 top of villa with 2 bedrooms + a 20 m2 terrace with view and a pétanque court. The apartment, naturally bright, was fully renovated in 2023 and offers all the comforts necessary for a summer stay. This large family house, part of which is dedicated to the B&B, is located in a peaceful area, between the sea and nature to the sound of cicadas. The place is for peaceful guests only for a relaxing vacation.

Enjoy a very nice apartment in the village of La Valette du Var. Centrally located, it is 5 minutes from Avenue 83 and 10 minutes from the beaches by car. It is bright, spacious and refurbished. The accommodation is perfect for families with teenage children, friends, couples or for a single person on business trips, but is not ideal for babies and young children because of the staircase, which is steep and not secure.

The cottage is a triplex composed of a living room with open kitchen, a bedroom upstairs with a large 180 x 200 bed, a reading area open to the living room, a bathroom and a separate toilet. The second floor contains an intimate bedroom with a toilet and sink area.
