Very nice in wintertime with its country surroundings, it will inspire you to relax and create. The view is stunning inside the house. Please note the Wi-Fi is slow, hotspot works and by law is requested a tourist tax of one euro a day per person. Nice to rent ebike for a tour.

Just 30 minutes from Rome and a few minutes from Lake Bracciano, we are located in a peaceful oasis in the heart of Tuscia surrounded by 4 hectares of garden with swimming pool, football field and playground. The villa has 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms including one with bathtub and a smaller bathroom for guests. The living area consists of a large living room with fireplace, a winter garden and a large dining room. The spacious kitchen is equipped with all the necessary comforts.

The apartment is located on the ground floor with private access and is located in one of the most beautiful spots in Trevignano Romano, a short walk from the center, restaurants on the lake, the village and the beach. It consists of a large living room, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a patio, a garden directly connected to the lake, and a private garage. All this is just a short walk from Rome to spend a few days in a small paradise of relaxation, peace and well-being.
