Very nice apartment on the banks of the Isère River.

The accommodation on the 7th floor is very bright and includes a terasse with stunning views of the Belledonne massif and the Bastille as well as the Isere River. The neighborhood is peaceful and close to all amenities: At the foot of the building there is a Vival supermarket. The center of the neighborhood (bakery, cafe, tobacco, butcher shop, casino shop, express carrefour, restaurant) is a 5-minute bike ride away. The parking at the foot of the building (60 spaces) is about €10/day.

Nice 2 rooms, close to train station. 15 min to city center

Emmanuelle Oct 23-25 2019 Public Review. Stephane's place is as described. It is perfectly clean and very well-equipped (everything is new). The decor is neat giving charm to the apartment: Old floor, cement tiles, small brick wall in the work area, mosaics in the shower, workshop style doors... The neighborhood is very quiet (nice garden on the back) while being close to the city center.
