Dans une impasse au calme, un terrain arboré et privé, la maison dispose d’un jardin sans vis à vis, d’une terrasse et d’un spa au sel. Vous pourrez vous détendre en profitant de la mer, golf, kite surf, du chemin du littoral, des pistes cyclables à proximité. Enfin du marché de la teste de buch du mardi au dimanche un lieu incontournable.

La piste cyclable qui va jusqu a la pointe du ferret est à moins de 5 mn en vélo du logement. Connexion wifi, le quartier (centre lège Bourg) ou se situe le bien n'a pas été subi de dégâts lors des incendies.
