You will be 15 minutes from La Fleche Zoo and the Château du Lude, and 35 minutes from the 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit

Entire house in the countryside on the Sablé/La Flèche road, 5 minutes from Sablé-sur-Sarthe and Notre Dame du Chêne, and 10 minutes from the A11. 40 minutes from Le Mans and the 24 Hours circuit, 40 minutes from Angers or Laval. 25 minutes from La Flèche Zoo. The house has 3 bedrooms, a living room with a wood-burning stove, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower and a bathtub. Terrace and large garden. Sheets provided. Bath towels are available for an extra charge: €3 per person.

Located 1.7 km from the village and about 14 km from La Flèche, 36 km from Le Mans. Our accommodation can accommodate 5 people. -1 large bedroom of about 25 m² with a 140 bed and a 90 bed. (possibility of putting a baby bed), in the living space a sofa bed for 2 people. Kitchen equipped with microwave, coffee maker, induction cooktop, refrigerator. - shower room, dry toilet.

90 m² outbuilding adjoining the main residence: • Ground floor: 45 m² living space with kitchen and living room (sofa bed). • Floor: 2 spacious bedrooms, each with private shower room and separate toilet: - Terra Cotta Room: Double bed (140 cm). - Blue Room: Double bed (180 cm) or 2 twin beds (90 cm) + single bed (80 cm). Exterior: Secure swimming pool (6 m × 12 m), open from May to September. Accommodation not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
