Facing the cliffs of Presles and the cave of Choranche, the cottage is a completely independent and open apartment for 2 (or even 4) adults and a child, in this typical old farmhouse, inhabited by the owners. You have a private terrace with exceptional views, and you have free access to the large garden. Within the Regional Park, in a Natura 2000 area, the cottage has direct access to the forest. It is a very good starting point for the breathtaking Hauts Plateaux du Vercors.

Venez séjourner dans cette magnifique grange retapée, veille de plus de 300 ans. Il y règne un microclimat de détente, de zénitude et de vacances très spécial, avec une vue paradisiaque! Un côté de Provence en Chartreuse en somme ! J'habite dans cette maison et la libère quand je suis réservé afin de vous la laisser de manière privatisé. Vous avez donc accès à toute la maison sauf ma chambre et mon garage. Je laisse par contre mes chats, roxy et gribouille.

All members of the group will feel at home in this spacious and unique accommodation in a former factory directly located on the site of the petrifying fountains. The 45 m2 accommodation has a covered terrace with secure parking. The windows offer panoramic views of the banks of the Isère, where you can watch the paddle boat sail. you have direct access to the equipped dock which allows you to take beautiful walks to the Château de la Sone.

25 m2 maisonette arranged in an outbuilding of our house giving direct access to the terrace and pool in a wooded and flowery garden, with bright and shaded spaces. Although the garden and pool are shared, we will be discreet to allow you to fully enjoy the outdoor space. Ideally located at the foot of the Vercors, we will be able to advise you on the remarkable sites nearby. Swimming, hiking, pedal boat… 5 minutes away.
