Monthly Rentals in La Selvatica I

This was a lovely apartment, much more spacious than the photos depict! The host was very friendly and good with communications. The apartment is situated close to the old town and near the train station. It has everything you could possibly need and it is also very quiet. I really enjoyed my time here and would certainly recommend it if you were thinking of having a break in Modena, with easy side trips to Parma, Bologna etc etc. Thank you Lucia & Beatrice!

Giuliano and his wife are super nice people. We felt right at home! The place was very clean and has everything you need. The location is quiet but you can quickly reach Modena by car. Giuliano was friendly and helpful with every question. My family and I would come back.

I recommend staying at Mrs. Laura's bed and breakfast for those looking for a very quiet place, with many comforts inside the small apartment. Mrs. Laura's availability and kindness, cleanliness and change of sheets/tablecloths were very much appreciated.

Alessandro and his associates were very responsive and helpful. We were happy to stay in their clean, spacious and well furnished apartment. Conveniently located near the Lamborghini factory and museum.
