We loved our month stay. The views were so beautiful. The house was very clean. And our communication with Jacqueline was great. She checked in on us and made sure that all was ok thru out our stay. We also loved that the house had everything we needed, very well equipped. Thank you very much for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Nos hemos alojado tres matrimonios, con niños pequeños y todo genial. Los espacios comunes e individuales perfectos, así como la amplitud del jardín, la piscina climatizada da mucho juego, aunque en Semana Santa, los 26 grados se quedan cortos, habría que subirla un poquito. La limpieza ideal y la Villa dispone dispone de todo lo necesario en cuanto a enseres de hogar y electrodomésticos. Lo único que mejoraria es el mobiliario, ya que tanto los sofás como los colchones de matrimonio están bastante desgastados y se hunden y para nosotros el descanso es muy importante. Por lo demás, todo perfecto.

Vi var 10 personer som firade en födelsedag här nere. Rymligt lyxigt hus direkt på stranden. Stor pool och flera ytor där man kunde dra sig undan om man behövde jobba eller få en lugn stund. Andrea och hennes man var så trevliga och snabba att svara och åtgärda om det var nån fundering. Smakfullt, lyxigt och genomtänkt med alla moderna detaljer samt tekniska lösningar. Ett drömboende jag skulle vilja ha för familj och vänner. Villa Thorodin får 5 stjärnor.

The group had the most amazing time at this villa in Denia. The house was incredibly well equipped with everything we needed and more. The photos honestly don’t do it justice as it’s even more beautiful in person. The outdoor space was absolutely stunning with plenty of room to relax, dine, and enjoy the sunshine. The host was really informative and helpful which made everything so easy. Denia itself is a beautiful place with so much to explore. We truly didn’t want to leave and can’t wait to come back.

We've had a great stay at the Jave. The house was very spacious, well equipped and private. The outside was beautiful and offered a lot of possibilities for swimming, sunbathing, cooking and eating. It matches the description and the pictures very well. The hosts were very forthcoming and the communication was easy and fast. We can only recommend the Jave!

Unser Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft war herrlich. Kerstin ist eine herzliche Gastgeberin, die sich liebevoll um ihre Gäste kümmert und gerne ihre Tipps für Essen, Strände und Aktivitäten weitergibt. Sie hat uns aber auch immer den nötigen Freiraum gegeben. Die beiden Katzen, die auf dem Grundstück wohnen, waren sehr lieb und zutraulich und haben direkt unser Herz miterobert. Die Küche, das Wohnzimmer und der Außenbereich mit großem Pool wird mit maximal 4 anderen Gästen geteilt. Die Villa ist jedoch so groß, dass es immer eine Möglichkeit gibt, sich außerhalb des eigenen Zimmers zurückzuziehen. Die Villa la Paz liegt etwas außerhalb von Dénia - wir haben die Ruhe und die gute Luft sehr genossen, es war wie im Paradies. Auch die Umgebung ist wunderschön und lädt zu vielen Wasseraktivitäten, Spaziergängen durch die Städtchen und Ausflüge in die Natur ein. Wir würden die Unterkunft immer weiterempfehlen und raten besonders zu der Massage, die wir dazubuchen konnten.

WOW! The views are absolutely stunning! We spent 9 nights here and we wish we has booked longer. The villa was lovely and Johannes communication was excellent. Highly recommend.

We had a lovely time at the villa which is beautiful and looks even better than the pictures. The pool is a good size and well maintained and the gardens are beautiful. The location is easy to find being only a turning off the main road through Xabia with the old town being walkable and the port and Arenal area only a short drive away. There are plenty of areas to sit including the barbecue area, the undercover area which remained cool despite it being very hot during our stay. We have 4 children and the house was suitable for them whilst obviously having to be vigilant and aware of the dangers of a pool with young children. Overall a lovely house and both the owners and Kiek who lives locally were very attentive and helpful.

Beautiful villa, gorgeous furniture and pool. Plenty of space for large family of 12. Outside kitchen was amazing! Marcel our host always responsive. Stunning holiday home with great WiFi speed. Beautiful gardens and views of the mountain. Very thoughtful hosts left some drinks and cava. For our arrival. Thank you. Children loved the table tennis. Good laundry facilities. Only negatives are that there were no hand towels for drying hands in any bathrooms and not enough tea towels in the kitchen for 12 people. Only 2 provided. Fridge was not cold enough and food spoiled quickly. Very very very difficult to get taxis anywhere in Denia , so get ready for lots of walking. Restaurant down the road is fabulous, huge food portions, tasty cuisine and lovely staff. Overall and fabulous holiday!

The villa was really clean, comfortable and stylish. We loved the terrace and the views. The pool was unheated so a little bit chilly for the time of year but there were plenty of different places to sit and enjoy the stunning views and the warm sunshine. The villa had everything we needed (except multiple sets of keys which were supplied when we asked for them). Just a note that we did not realise that two of the bedrooms were only accessed from outside the property-this did not matter as our party were all adults/teens but visitors with younger children may want to know that. Ani (the local host) was really welcoming, great at communicating, helping us know what to do and where to go, and answering our questions. We wish we could have stayed longer!

We hebben een heerlijke familievakantie gehad in het huis. Het is lekker ruim en heel netjes. Qua locatie heb je een mooi uitzicht op Calpe en is de villa rustig gelegen wat erg fijn is. Het contact was altijd vriendelijk en snel en er werd heel fijn meegedacht over de flexibele inchecktijd in verband met onze vroege vluchttijd. Een echte aanrader!

It is hard not to fall in love with this spectacular property and the endearing Amparo. The house enjoys an absolutely spectacular setting and we loved everything about our stay here. It’s a really characterful property with lots of lovely, unique touches. We felt very fortunate to stay somewhere that’s such a part of a family legacy. The location was perfect for us. Cala Blanca is stunning and we loved our daily dip in the sheltered cove as well as being able to stroll to Arenal beach and its bars and restaurants. On Amparo’s recommendation we also hiked up and around to Creu del Portixol viewpoint and on to Cala Barraca/ Portixol cove. Nothing was too much trouble, Amparo shared lots of helpful recommendations of places to eat out too.

Great place, you simply can’t beat the views. Lots of privacy. Alex was always quick to respond and he was super flexible for checkin in/out. 100% recommended.

We have just had a wonderful family week at Andres Vilal in Calpe. The villa was easy to find and the location was fantastic with amazing views in a lovely peaceful area, with little to no noise. Just an 8 min drive down into Calpe for supermarkets and great restaurants. The villa was really homely and clean and suited our needs perfectly for 5 adults. The seperate self contained flat at the bottom was perfect for my wife and I while our Son, Daughter and Her boyfriend occupied the main villa. The outside eating areas and BBQ were great and made for relaxing evenings. Although be warned the mosquitoes were vicious and we all got bitten. The pool was fantastic and very relaxing with stunning views over the surrounding hills. The Villa was ideally placed for days out including Altea old town, Fonts Del Algar and Valencia, all of which i would reccomend. The only observation I would make is the villa needed some TLC, but fine for us. Andres was really helpful and responsive.

Wow. What a place. Everything was perfect. Jitske a great host. Out door space a particular highlight. We loved the bbq space in the back. Kitchen was fantastic with ample utensils. Fantastic holiday home. Would totally recommend. Town was great. Beautiful beach. Lots of padel courts. Great restaurants. Thank you. If you are thinking about booking just do it - you will not be disappointed.

Vi nød virkelig vores ophold hos Pascual i den smukke villa. Området og omgivelserne var meget smukke og man følte sig hjemme. Pascual var en god vært og svarede altid med det samme og med meget grundige svar. Vi var en stor gruppe venner og fire børn afsted og stedet er perfekt til større grupper. Der var noget larm fra noget maskineri arbejde på grunden lige ved siden af, som var noget forstyrrende, men ikke noget Pascual kunne gøre for. Det var et dejligt sted og vi vil klart anbefale det til andre.

Iryna es una anfitriona muy buena. Se adaptó a nuestra hora de llegada para la entrada y la salida de la casa. Nos dio explicaciones muy amplias de la casa y de los alrededores . Las fotos son totalmente reales, cuenta con dos dormitorios con camas en muy buen estado, toda la decoración muy bonita tanto de la casa como del jardín . Muchos Detalles de bienvenida, toallas para la piscina a parte de las de baño , en la cocina tienes todos los utensilios como en tu casa y en muy buen estado …. Todo perfecto . Muchas gracias Irina, si tenemos que volver iremos a tu casa . Un abrazo

We had a great time at Casa Lucia. The villa and grounds were perfect for our trip. The villa is well stocked with pool floats, chairs, outside cushions and plenty of lighting. The inside was tastefully decorated and we found all kitchen utensils we needed. Plenty of linen for the pool and for showering. Beds were comfy and large. The villa was around 1hour from Alicante and was a scenic journey. We had a slight issue with the alarm system but the hosts sorted this out quickly and assured us this had been fixed. Possibly an issue because we arrived quite late at night. We thank Kim and Nicole for a delightful stay and for being ever so flexible and responsive!

Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel dans cette magnifique maison en Espagne ! La maison est parfaitement conforme à la description, très propre, bien équipée et décorée avec goût. Le gros plus : la piscine, un vrai bonheur pour se détendre après une journée d’exploration. L’emplacement est idéal, calme tout en étant proche des commodités. L’hôte a été très réactif et accueillant. Nous recommandons vivement cette location et reviendrons avec plaisir !

If you like peace & quiet this place is perfect. We had a wonderful time here, the villa is spacious, clean & tidy. The garden is beautiful, the pool was lovely, would definitely come here again ⭐️

Der großzügige, helle Wohnbereich bietet ein weites Panorama mit einer Sicht über die Stadt bis hin zum Meer. Der Außenbereich ist liebevoll gestaltet, mit Sitzgelegenheiten rund um das Haus. Die Lage ist äußerst ruhig. Die Nordhanglage bedeutet im Winter weniger Sonne – für uns aber kein Problem. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Das Haus verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer im oberen Bereich sowie eine separate Einliegerwohnung unten, die perfekt für zwei Personen ist. Ein großes Dankeschön an Ton, den aufmerksamen Gastgeber. Es gab ein kleines Problem mit der Heizung, das er jedoch umgehend und zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit gelöst hat. Fazit: Ein wundervolles Haus, das wir uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen können!

We totally loved staying at Emmanuel’s beautiful house. It was perfect for me and my family. The surroundings and the house were perfect and we felt so welcomed and at home. All communication was excellent- we will definitely come back. Thank you Emmanuel

We had a lovely stay, just be aware the place you pick the key up is quite a drive away. Everything was spotlessly clean. Stunning scenery. Restaurants are all a 15-20 minute drive away, due to its location.
