It is situated in Javea Old Town and you can walk to the old church and indoor food market in 5 mins and to Javea Port (and beach) in 15 mins. There are excellent restaurants and tapas bars within a short walk. Public transport is a short walk away. Tennis and Golf facilities and a choice of many more excellent beaches are a short drive away. Spanish lessons are available.

Renovada en 2024, Casa Coco se encuentra en una zona residencial conocida como "Zarzas 1" muy tranquila, ajardinada y con una combinación de piscinas que forman una cascada creando un espacio espectacular para pasar las vacaciones. Dichas Piscinas cuentan con socorristas durante la temporada de verano. La zona también cuenta con numerosas rutas de senderismo para disfrutar de la naturaleza.

About 15 minutes from Dénia, and Jávea, and very close to a shopping center where you can go to shops, supermarket
