Casa Merle is a phenomenal villa for up to 12 people, 1 km from the beach and 1.5 km from the center of Denia. Large private swimming pool of 10 x 5 meters and a large garden with various terraces. Outdoor kitchen with BBQ, toilet and outdoor shower. All bedrooms and living room have air conditioning and central heating. This property is our home - we live here (in apartments on the next floor) all the time. We expect all guests to enjoy the facilities and treat the property with respect. There's also a private parking space.
