Rated 4*, la Petite Maison de Rouyré is a charming, independent house of 90 m2, located in the middle of the hilly landscapes of the Gaillac vineyard. Located in the top of our cellar, where we vinify natural wines, in a group of buildings from the 12th to the 18th century, it is located in the heart of a particularly calm and peaceful hamlet. It is a comfortable house, fully restored, furnished with furniture found over time. We offer wine and food expériences (see other informations).

Close to 4km from the leisure base of monclar de quercy, the beautiful village of Bruniquel, the city of arts and history of Montauban ( 15 min), Toulouse ( 50 min), my house will be a starting point to discover and enjoy this beautiful region. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. You will discover on two levels of 40 m², on the ground floor: a living/dining room as well as an equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Upstairs, a spacious bedroom with double bed (160*200) and a second that has two single beds (90*200). The bedrooms are connected by a walk-in closet. Linens (sheets, towels) not provided. The house must be returned clean (€50 cleaning deposit upon arrival).

Ideally located halfway between Toulouse, Albi and Montauban, it welcomes families and groups of friends in a peaceful and green setting. In summer, you can enjoy the private rental of the building and its four spacious suites.
