This homely flat is on the top floor of our house and overlooks the Loire River in Ancenis, situated between Nantes and Angers. Bright and well equipped it offers a fully fitted kitchen, dining area, 3 double bedrooms and a bathroom with walk-in shower. Free parking on street and a private garage is available. Shops, restaurants and weekly market are all within a 5 mn walk. Direct access to Nantes by train 15 mn walk. Easy access, just 3km away, to the A 11 motorway to Nantes and Paris.

We welcome you to a renovated 65 m2 cottage (4/6 people) located in the center of the village of Champtoceaux – Orée d'Anjou, close to all amenities, and 30 km east of Nantes. You will stay in one of the oldest buildings in the village, in a completely renovated place that has retained its character. The house is located in the countryside. It is a renovated house in an old agricultural building with charm. In the middle of the fields and vineyards, you will spend a quiet stay, the singing of birds all day, frogs in the evening in summer. 5 minutes from the village with essential shops. If you want to escape for a night or more, the asset will welcome you to its cozy world. In a cabin atmosphere, you will find all the comforts you need to have a good stay... The hut is equipped; a small kitchen with a gas stove, sink, bin, small fridge a bathroom with toilet and shower (⚠the shower is only a backup 5 to 10 min of hot water) towels and sheets are provided for 4 people. 2 deckchairs The boat is not available for sailing.

Located in a cul-de-sac, our 80 m² cottage is a place conducive to rest and relaxation. You will be 2 minutes from the shops (bakery and grocery store, pharmacy...) and 300 meters from a bus stop to Angers but also 10 minutes from the banks of the Loire (canoe-kayak rental, Loire by bike), 15 minutes from Angers and 18 minutes from Terra Botanica by car. Hiking trails in the countryside and forest are accessible from the cottage.

A true garden on the river, our house offers breathtaking views of the Loire and its beaches. It has a very large central room with open kitchen and fireplace and two bedrooms. In summer only (June, July, August, September) we offer an extra room with 4 single beds in the garden level of the house (independent access, not suitable for children under 8 years old). The house is a peaceful, friendly and comfortable place to stay.
