Small pleasant apartment close to Nice

Levens, a picturesque little village in the Nice hills. You will be 30 minutes to the beach or 30 minutes to the mountains . The apartment is self-catering ground floor -garden of the Villa (two other properties are to be rented in the Villa) The apartment is fully equipped ( TV , oven and microwave , stovetop , refrigerator , coffee maker , washing machine) a bed area is set up in the living room for extra sleeping. We are in the Alpes-Maritimes, 700m altitudes. the road to get to the house is winding. The private parking lot is also steep. Let's talk about visits! From Levens you are in the heart of this beautiful region with many visits around as Nice (30 min) Cannes (1h) Monaco (50 min) Menton and Italian border at 1 hour only but you can also visit the hinterland and enjoy the many lakes around the Gorges du Verdon (1h30-2h) you are also close to Grasse famous for these perfume workshops at 1h only. As for activities, you will find around many hiking, equestrian or cycling, via ferrata, canyoning as well as bungee jumping or even many events such as the Monaco Grand Prix or the cane festival for example ... It is a very rich region and we can plan together your outings according to your desires and your interests. I would end up with the practical side of the accommodation, we are located 2km from the village center which allows to be quiet but to be quite close to shops such as bakeries, supermarket, bank, tobacco, municipal swimming pool (open from June to September), restaurants.

We had a wonderful stay at Kerstin’s place. The apartment was beautifully decorated and well set up. Central to the old town and right across the road from the beach front. Lot’s of places to eat within walking distance as well as a very well appointed kitchen. We would definitely return to stay in future visits. Thank you Kerstin and Anna, both of whom were so easy to communicate with and very helpful.

Accommodation totally meets our expectations. Clean, functional, comfortable bedding. The exterior was beautiful and well maintained. The environment was quiet and the view was clear. Access was easy and the location ideal for our visits (Carros, Nice, Monaco). Communication was effective. Our hosts are particularly responsive. We recommend this accommodation without hesitation.

We chose Carolyn's accommodation, for the proximity to Nice, the hikes we were able to do in the Nice hinterland. Views of the sea and the mountain. The small terrace. Note that there is a tram parking a quarter of an hour from the accommodation (Isidore Allianz Arena district)

Nice place in the village of Le Broc of the beaten path. Place was modern and well furnished. Village also has great restaurants and vibe to walk around and explore. River the at the bottom of the valley is also refreshing to swim in. I will stay when I am back in the area for sure!
