Family-friendly holiday rentals in La Roque-en-Provence

Wir waren während unserer Reise an der Côte d’Azur für eine knappe Woche bei Domi und wären gerne länger geblieben. Das kleine Ferienhaus liegt perfekt, um zu Fuß in den Ort, den Hafen und an die beiden Stadtstrände zu gehen. Weitere Strände sind innerhalb von 10-15 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Die Außenküche und der Pool sind ein Traum. Wir haben uns quasi durchgehend draußen aufgehalten und haben uns immer wohl gefühlt. Obwohl man bei Domi, ihrem Mann und ihrem Hund zu Hause wohnt, gibt es jede Menge Privatsphäre. Die Gastgeber sind zudem sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt eines der besten Airbnb, in dem wir je waren. Absolut zu empfehlen.

Cindy’s place was lovely - the photos don’t do it justice, beautiful surroundings and great (heated) pool. The space felt right for what we needed with ample kitchen supplies, comfy bed and a TV with lots to choose from. Few things to note - her two dogs are very friendly and attentive, definitely don’t book unless you are a fan of dogs. We had a couple of issues with the toilet flush not working - she was very responsive and it didn’t matter too much as we were out quite a lot. The shower also was quite slow to drain but again this didn’t impact our stay. We really enjoyed our visit and Cindy and her lovely family were welcoming, helpful and conscious of privacy - it almost felt like we had the place to ourselves. It’s up a gorgeous country road accessible by car or taxi. Thank you Cindy!

Cette maison est un petit paradis et Maryse est une hote absolument charmante, réactive et attentionnée. La vie est incroyable et la maison est bien connectée en transports en commun.

Logement bien équipé avec grand espace extérieur très appréciable. Coin piscine avec patio et mer avec vue magnifique et paisible Hote réactif et aux petits soins... Parfait

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is beautifully designe, maintained and comfortable. TV in both lounge and bedroom. A small kitchen has all you need for preparing meals. Quadruple glazing cuts out traffic noise from the promenade traffic. The view of the sea is stunning with lots of interest from boats of all descriptions from fishing boats to super-yachts. The promenade is used by cyclists, runners, in-line skaters and is also great for walking. We visited the very interesting and beautiful Renoir house, a museum within walking distance from the apartment. Nice, Monaco, Antibes and Cannes are all within easy reach by rail, which we found to be the best transport. Buses stop outside the flat, especially the 41 which takes you into the centre of town where there are frequent street markets and a covered market selliing fresh fish meat and veg. Numerous restaurants, french, italian, asian are all within easy walking distance. Highly recommended. Peter and Elizabeth Bryant

Raymond and Anne share with guests their beautiful home, but they are exceptionally warm, interesting, and charming people to meet. It was an excellent combination for a magical and memorable vacation to Monaco. I would not go back unless we can stay with them again! Besides the amazing views, refreshing pool and clean jacuzzi, there were even fireworks several of the nights over the bay! Our hosts generously left wine, snacks, and coffee in the unit, as well as a fully stocked bathroom. More than anything, we really loved spending time with them. Highly recommend this AirBnB!

We really enjoyed our stay. We loved swimming in the pool to cool off after sightseeing in the area. The kitchen was well-stocked with dishes and cooking utensils to cook in the outdoor kitchen. The setting is beautiful with a fantastic garden with interesting plants and flowers and a view of Nice and the sea on a clear day.

Sylvie hat uns sehr nett empfangen obwohl wir vier Stunden Verspätung hatten. Wir fühlten uns sofort wohl in dem mit Liebe gemachten und gepflegten sehr hübschen Garten. Die Wohnung, welche sehr stilvoll und spirituell eingerichtet ist, beinhaltet komplett alles was man braucht oder brauchen könnte. Gerne haben wir das Spa genutzt, besonders bei praller Sonne da es im Haus ist und dazu eine sehr schöne Aussicht bietet. Ein eigener Parkplatz in der ruhigen privaten Lage runden den angenehmen Aufenthalt ab. Sehr zu empfehlen.

J’ai passé un excellent séjour ! L’accueil a été chaleureux et attentionné dès mon arrivée. Le logement était conforme à la description, très propre, confortable et bien situé. J’ai particulièrement apprécié les petites attentions à mon arrivée, qui ont rendu l’expérience encore plus agréable. Un grand merci aux hôtes pour leur accueil chaleureux ! Des personnes charmantes, bienveillantes et disponibles, avec de très bons conseils pour découvrir la région. L’appartement est superbe, conforme à la description, très bien équipé, et la vue depuis la terrasse est absolument sublime. Le cadre est exceptionnel, idéal pour les amoureux de nature, de randonnée et de tranquillité. Il faut aimer marcher et grimper un peu, mais les paysages sont à couper le souffle. Pas de commerces immédiats, mais tout reste accessible à pied (avec un peu de cardio), en transport ou en voiture. Les plages aux alentours sont magnifiques : pensez à prendre des chaussures pour les galets ! Une très belle découverte. J’y reviendrai avec plaisir.

De natuur is prachtig! Het verblijf komt precies overeen met de foto's. Victor was vriendelijk en gaf tips om de omgeving te verkennen. Pluspunt: op flexibele tijden komen!

We had a lovely week staying here, the surroundings are beautiful and it was amazing to have access to the pool. Catherine was very friendly and accommodating, providing tips and even food when we arrived late. We will definitely come back!

Très bon séjour chez Natacha, le logement est confortable et agréable pour 2 personnes. Nous avons pu profiter d’un séjour en toutes tranquillité le logement ne manque de rien ! Hôte réactive qui nous a fourni toutes les informations dont nous aurions pu avoir besoin pour trouver le logement. Nous recommandons !

Le logement de Jérémy à Vence est très bien situé, propre et conforme aux photos. L'appartement est bien équipé, notamment avec un lave-linge, ce qui est très pratique pour un court séjour. Le coin salon est agréable et la literie du canapé convertible ainsi que la chambre est correcte pour quelques nuits. La cuisine est fonctionnelle avec tout le nécessaire. L'accueil s'est bien passé, la communication avec Jérémy a été fluide et réactive. En résumé, un bon rapport qualité-prix pour un séjour dans la région. Je recommande !

Excellent location, the house was as described, the hosts were accommodating and thoughtful. Excellent house for children, the kitchen was extremely well equipped. The property looked new and very well looked after. It was out today time on Air B&B and we ve been very impressed.

Logement fonctionnel et atypique. Sa situation est idéale. Le centre ville est accessible à pied (environ 30 min). La situation sur la hauteur, la verdure environnante, le calme ainsi que la vue mer sont formidables. Tout était parfait. Les hôtes très sympathiques et disponibles.

This was our third time staying at Valerie’s house and we loved it as much as we did on our previous visits. Beautiful house, garden and the pool is wonderful. The villa is very well-equipped and clean and the communication is always prompt and helpful. We’ll be back next year!

Fantastisk hyggeligt hus godt oppe i bjergene. Huset har ALT hvad du behøver af udstyr, både i køkkenet, til børnene, på badeværelserne og så videre. Meget bekvemt. Vi følte os virkelig hjemme! Huset er udstyret med A/C i de to værelser + en i stuen, lige ved trappen op til tredje værelse. Selv på et længere ophold som vores (3 uger) var der intet vi manglede. Magali og hendes familie er super søde og imødekommende. Vi fik mange gode lokale anbefalinger- både nogle vi selv opsøgte og nogle Magali sendte os. Hvis du drømmer om bjerg-idyl, med masser tid til leg med børnene og/eller pool hygge, krydret med en vidunderlig udsigt er det her huset for dig! 👏🏻

Had a fantastic stay at Jon's place in Villefranche. The house is set up perfectly for a family gathering and stands up to the pictures. Well located in the hills above Villefranche-sur-mer, it served as a great base for our family to explore the area around Nice.

We have had a wonderful stay at Philippe’s home. The house was beautiful and particularly suitable for our family stay with a small baby. He was very accommodating answering any queries promptly. The information instructions provided were very detailed and helpful. The swimming pool was wonderful as the weather was hot and the air conditioning was very welcome. We were a group of six and the house was very spacious with plenty of room for three couples and a baby. We would like to thank Philippe for hosting us. We have wonderful memories of a lovely holiday at Cagnes sur Mer.

Great stay. The pool was absolutely lovely. All the outside areas were beautiful, with lots of choice where to sit. The bathroom was also very nice. The bed was huge, but a little on the hard side for me. The main room was big and well decorated in a French style. The kitchenette was a nice place to sit and had lots of equipment for making basic meals. No oven and only one hob was more of a challenge than I had anticipated - probably fine in the summer when eating mostly cold food. The owners were very friendly, but not overwhelming - we had our privacy respected. We felt safe and secure in the accommodation and grounds. Only 2 small niggles. The bedding was inadequate - I was cold most nights. I did ask for a duvet, but we only got a thin blanket. Probably fine in the summer, but September can be quite chilly and I resorted to wearing some clothing in the end. This second point is no fault of the owner, but we were woken up in the early hours of every morning by local barking dogs.

Très belle villa dans un cadre idyllique dans l'arrière pays Niçois. Un très beau coin de base pour des randonnées à pied ou à vélo ! la piscine est un plus pour se reposer après les journées sous le soleil. Nous étions avec des amis pour un weekend à vélo et avons passé un excellent séjour. Aude est très réactive et disponible. Elle nous a très bien accueilli et nous reviendrons avec plaisir une prochaine fois ! Merci !
