Quiet and rest assured, 2 steps from the old port, market, train station, hospital, aquarium. A living room gives access to the open kitchen, which opens to the south-facing balcony on the inner courtyard. The corridor with dressing room gives access to the bedroom (bed 160 cm), the bathroom with toilet. 2 bikes (deposit). Closed parking in the basement of the residence. 2 people only.

Very bright apartment, hyper center, 4* INPI

Very nice apartment, 55 m2, on the 2nd floor. 2' from the old port (all the fun without the nuisances), 5' from the central market and 7' from the train station: perfect to enjoy on foot all the charms, many, of La Rochelle. The view is relaxing, not directly opposite: the stay to the south overlooks a small private square and the 2 bedrooms, to the north, on the canal and the Church of Saint Saviour (XVII th century). Suitable for two adults with two children, or for four adults.

Very nice apartment completely renovated like a loft in a house of character.
