I will only repeat what has already been said... Very nice welcome thank you, the human contact still exists...there was good energy, good humor between all and all... Much better than a lockbox and emails. Even though the homes are glued no noise coming from the neighbors sound insulation very well. Very functional accommodation, 2 steps from the castle 2 steps from the market where you will find free shuttle to the Veillon beach in summer so very well... Accommodation fully in line with the listing. We spent 1 month in Nantes and the apartment is 5 minutes from everything: cinema, restaurants, the castle, etc.... Public transport and Vélib are at the foot of the apartment as well as a super U and a monoprix, which allows shopping day by day. Thank you Remy, I would highly recommend this apartment. My family's stay at this Airbnb was just perfect! The apartment was tastefully decorated and very clean. The location was ideal with the proximity of public transport, and in a quiet area. We had a great time at this place, it's quiet. Jean Michel's welcome was perfect, thanks to him for the small personalized touches. The accommodation is very well-equipped, bright, spacious, modern, well thought out. There is plenty of storage... Nothing is missing! If we go back to Pornic, it will be at Jean Michel's, without hesitation!

Perfect place to stay a week in La Rochelle

Student residence that is well worth it, especially for short stays. Although located on the island of Nantes, the historic city center is easy to access. Very long but well detailed instructions. By applying them to the letter, I had no worries about entering the residence.

A perfect stay. Great location. We enjoyed the amenities of the residence, the harbor, shops and restaurants in less than 10 minutes on foot and the many possibilities of bike rental. Small well-equipped studio for 2 people in a very quiet neighborhood. We highly recommend this rental.

Very nice stay, from start to finish. Coralie is very friendly and flexible on check-in/checkout conditions and times. The apartment, as described, is very well appointed for a single person or has 2. Nothing else to say about cleanliness! The residence is very quiet and the beach is only a 3 minute walk is a real plus! I can only recommend Coralie's place!

Good small accommodation with courtyard not overlooked, pleasant and convenient for our dog. 300 m from the sea , 650 m from the village. Free parking on the street parallel to the apartment. 25 min from Fouras to take the boat to the island of Aix. the welcome by Sylvanie was friendly and caring. Small downside to the internet connection inside the unit. Everything is available, many electrical outlets and clothes doors.

We had a great time at this place! Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by small sweets placed on the table. Nicole is very available. The accommodation was perfectly clean, well maintained and ideally arranged to accommodate our large tribe of 11 people, consisting of 3 couples and several children. The garden is a real asset: spacious, pleasant and perfectly suited to relaxing moments with your family. We felt right at home and will keep fond memories of this beautiful getaway. Again, thank you for this great experience!

beautiful well-appointed house that we didn't enjoy enough because we only spent 2 nights there (reservation for the Puy du Fou). we would have stayed much longer but our schedule didn't allow it. Listing to recommend.

We have just spent a week, July 2024, a family of 12 plus a baby, at this very beautiful house. There is everything and more you could ever need. It is quiet. It is a beautiful area and the village has a beautiful bakery and supermarket. The beach is approx 15 mins by car. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we loved it. The kids played tirelessly in the beautiful big pool. The house has cots, high chair and even toys for the children. It was my 60th birthday and my family organised a local private chef (Manu chef a domicile) to cook for us, recommended by Will and it was amazing. We picked up hire cars at the train station also recommended by Will. The whole process was more than easy. We had the best time and would highly recommend to a large family. We hope that this is not the last time we stay at this stunning house and hopefully not our last time in La Rochelle. Holiday blues are real when you’ve visited such a beautiful place 😊
