On this family-owned arboricultural and wine-growing estate still in operation, we live nearby and welcome you with joy for stays for families or groups of friends. The large cottage (15 people...) offers charm and comfort: 4 bedrooms with private bathrooms, shaded garden, summer kitchen, swimming pool, planchas, games... Privatization possible if you add the trailers, or partial rental during the week and off season.

The dormir@tain gîte is a 45 m2 apartment, with a 15 m2 mezzanine, and a 15 m2 private terrace. Garage available for vehicles up to L 5 m and H 2 m. Garage door 3 m wide and 2.3 m high. Ideally located in the old town center of Tain-l'Hermitage, 100 m from the pedestrian bridge and the banks of the Rhône. Pedestrian access to restaurants and shops in Tain and Tournon, Cité du Chocolat, Château de Tournon, Swimming Pool, etc. Fully equipped apartment, bed and bath linens provided.

This 30 m² cottage, converted in 2024 under the roof of an outbuilding, is ideally located in the countryside just 3 km from the village of La Roche de Glun and 2 km from the Viarhona. This studio includes a main room with an equipped kitchen, dining area, sofa bed (more suitable for children) and a sleeping area equipped with a 160 x 200 bed. This cottage also includes a bathroom with shower and toilet. Guests will have a space to park the car and a private courtyard.

Sunbathing with cushions and gas barbecue available.
