The 250 m2 exterior is made up of concrete and wood terraces, equipped with a barbecue and a gas plancha, an in-ground swimming pool, a 5-seater Jacuzzi, a garden with olive tree, jasmine, cactus... The old mill

Former oil mill turned into a dwelling house at the entrance of the village. Detached house with enclosed courtyard, 38 m² terrace and 40 m² sheltered garden with garden furniture, sun loungers and solar shower. On the ground floor, kitchen open to living room and terrace, living room and toilet. On the 1st floor, 2 bedrooms with dressing room and a bathroom (Italian shower and 150 cm bathtub) + toilet. On the top floor, the renovated attic offers a large space with 2 single beds.

Located near a fortified house and a typical farmhouse in northern Ardèche, this cottage will seduce you with its quiet setting and exceptional views. It consists of a vaulted living room, a bedroom with a mezzanine connected by an external staircase. The cottage is surrounded by a garden and two terraces where it is pleasant to be in the summer. A hiking trail adjoins the property and the small road leading to the dovecote ends in a cul-de-sac.
