Beautiful views of the island's west coast, unparalleled sunsets, and you'll be awakened by the sound of birds and waves crashing on the shore. There are 2 houses, each with its own entrance, terrace and garden. They can be rented together with a capacity for 8 people, or independently, each with complete privacy (ask). They share parking and a swimming pool. There is individual access to the pool from each house.

You'll love it if you enjoy privacy and a rural setting away from mass tourism. We recommend having a car. Supermarkets and restaurants are located within 1000 meters. There are many hiking trails close to the house. The pool is currently under construction and will be available in March 2025.

The house is built in the Canarian country house style. Over 100 m2, it offers 2 bedrooms, a bright living room with a modern kitchen, and two bathrooms. Large panoramic doors allow you to see the sea. The sun terrace with a pavilion and a brick-built barbecue area invites you to relax. For the few slightly cooler days, underfloor heating in the living area and bathroom is ideal; if you like, you can also enjoy a crackling fire in the Swedish stove. Satellite TV, Wi-Fi.

The house is a solitary between the fishing harbor and the marina, and the town of Tazacorte Puerto.
