In winter, you are just a stone's throw from the Müsella ski lift, cross-country ski trails, snow routes in the Albula Valley as well as fantastic walking paths, ice skating rinks and curling lanes. In summer, the inline track, numerous bike routes, hiking trails and barbecue areas at Chamuera as well as a large playground with a soccer field await you. In a few minutes you can easily reach the bus stop or underground parking.

The cabin can be reached on foot or by jeep authorized for transit.

The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.
