The Songbird

If you love nature you are going to love The Songbird. All day long you will hear songbirds. And in the evenings, you may see deer, turkeys, pheasants, geese & quail. It’s a 1-bedroom 512sq.ft guest house with a 256 sq. ft. covered porch and it’s located at a secluded distance from our private home. It was built for visiting family members and is used throughout the year. The little cabin is surrounded by 4 ft. chain-link fence so that everyone, including our pets, is welcome and safe.

Turquoise Hideaway Guest House

This little hideaway guest house tucked behind our SW cottage house. It is the perfect little place to stop at the end of your day and relax. If your on a extended work trip or a southwestern adventure this place will be a cozy comfortable place to prop up your feet and rest your head in the four corners. We have weekly and monthly discounts and a flat $50 cleaning fee. all we ask is that you treat it like its your own home and double check for personal items when your leave.

The New Beautiful Bunkhouse is your mountain getaway for some rest and relaxation just outside of Durango. Bright lofted ceilings, surrounded by nature, with some added country farm charm. You will have the comforts of home, with a jaw dropping view of the La Plata mountains, and dark starry nights. The perfect spot for couples or solo travelers to kick up your feet and ENJOY. This is our hobby farm, so we hope you like farm fresh eggs, fuzzy critters, and crisp mountain air.

Willow House a Vintage Retreat in the Country.

Willow House is a single wide vintage trailer (circa 1974) with an addition on the front and a deck/porch out back with a tightly fenced yard. We have refurbished and remodeled this home. People have called it charming, cozy and peaceful. Willow House is decorated in a unique vintage way. Willow House has a "new lease on life" on Airbnb and we welcome you for a short or long stay: 10% weekly and 30% monthly discount, applies when you reserve your stay. We welcome your dog.

Aspen Cottage @ HOME - NO cleaning fee

The Aspen Cottage is one of 8 units @ HOME. This 1950's cottage was recently redecorated with some upgraded finishes. This will be your own little HOME, away from home. Enjoy this private cottage (in a duplex building), which is just blocks away from downtown. Also, right down the street from the San Juan Regional Hospital. A/C unit is an evaporative (swamp) cooler available for summer months. TV is internet services only; no cable. AND best of all.....NO CLEANING FEE : )

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. 4 bedroom home. Has beds in 3 of the rooms. Master bedroom has a king size bed. One room has a queen size bed. The 3rd room with a bed has a full size bed. Sleeps 6 people comfortably. The 4th room is an exercise room with a treadmill. Nice cozy back yard. Nice living room with oversized couches. WiFi offered. The living room has a tv and 3 of the rooms has tv in them. There is a nice koi pond in the front yard.

Close to downtown Farmington In a quiet neighborhood central to everything you may want access to. 10 minutes to San Juan College and the Animas Valley Mall. Walking distance to downtown. 3 minutes to Ricketts Park. The shared back yard has a plenty of space for you, your pups and has a bbq available to you! Your host is close by, you will have all the privacy you require in this detached one of a kind cottage.
