The Arbor house is a 400 square foot, 1 bedroom guest house with a large deck, sunny front room and full kitchen. Parking is right next to the house. The dedicated wifi is fast, and the A/C, hot water and heating are all electric. We are just outside the city limits (by 100 feet) in a 2.5 acre oasis of shade trees and hardy shrubs. Nothing is far away in this tiny, remote town in the high desert of Southeast Utah, including groceries, gas and movie theater. Private, quiet and restful!

The 4 Corners Tiny House

Welcome to the Four Corners Tiny House—a handcrafted basecamp just outside Cortez with big sky views. Inside is simple and functional. The kitchen has a sink, microwave, hot plate, and essentials. A loft bed with a new mattress and a futon for extra sleeping space. The bathroom has a full-size shower with on-demand hot water. Water pressure may be lighter at first but evens out and works ok. Step outside to your private deck, fire pit, and Adirondack chairs,perfect for coffee, fires, and views.

Remote 300 sq ft solar powered cabin in the ponderosa forest 7 miles from the town of Mancos by Mancos State Park. Great place to stay in the area while on your trip to the southwest or Mesa Verde National Park. A pleasant place for guests who want to unplug, relax, and enjoy a rustic outdoor wilderness experience. Great trails for hiking, bird watching, cross country skiing and snow shoeing! El Nido Apartment at Totten Lake, El Nido

El Nido is a second-story apartment on a lake-front property, with panoramic views and a wrap-around patio. This two-bed, one-bath contemporary apartment is named El Nido (Spanish for "the nest"), because of the abundant wildlife in the area, including resident bald eagles nested across the street in a designated wetlands. The space is fully furnished and is new construction as of the summer of 2024. The owners have a workshop and office space on the first floor, with occasional day use.
