Recent architect-designed house of 130 m2, with garden, in Cabriès, a Provençal village ideally located between Aix en Provence and Marseille. The Aix en Provence TGV station is 7 minutes away, Marseille-Provence airport 20 mn away. - The shops in the village center are 15 mn away on foot or 5 minutes by bike. - The Plan de Campagne area, 10 minutes by car, offers all types of shops, cinemas, restaurants, bowling, etc. - The sea and the Sté Victoire mountain are less than 30 minutes away

Small air-conditioned wooden house

Small independent wooden house on 2 levels (28 m2 in total), behind our own house. Parking in front of the house. 100 m from shops, 150 m from the bus stop. It is more suitable for 2 people (but 4 beds possible (140/190 bed on the 1st floor + 140/190 sofa bed on the ground floor, small children's convertible). Big dogs would be a problem in this small space! Broadband internet but no TV! Sheets ,towels provided and basic products (coffee, tea, household products, toilet paper, etc.)

Quiet accommodation on the ground floor of our house. I live upstairs with my daughter, and our dog stays in the garden. The neighborhood is residential and pleasant, with local shops (bakery, butcher, supermarket) 8 min walk, as well as a pizzeria at the end of the street. Simiane TER station (13 min walk) directly connects Aix and Marseille. • Bedroom with a queen size bed. • An additional room exists but has not yet been renovated.
