If you want a wonderful house in Sardenia - This it is! We enjoyed every Moment in this house.

We had a great stay at Christine’s apartment. Spectacular view of the water and the castello. 5 minutes walking to Bar Sax and 10 minutes walking to the supermarket and restaurants.

Everything is great. Easy check-in/out, everything clean, very helpful and friendly hosts, lots of nature, Alghero was within walking distance, lots to discover for small children. We will be happy to come back.

The cottage was a dream for us! You are right on the beach and have complete peace and quiet. The house is furnished with a lot of taste, so we felt very comfortable. There are not so many restaurants in the village, so you either have to drive a bit or cook yourself. We would definitely come back!

Spectacular stay, immersed in the Gallura countryside, in the garden of the house tall oak trees, shady, and a beautiful swimming pool to cool off in the absence of a nearby beach. We had the very pleasant company of two kittens, polite and affectionate, and as night fell, a curious but discreet hedgehog visited us. Very fresh house inside, a pleasant surprise for the summer that is beginning. Unexpected comfort in a country house: the dishwasher! It saved us from tedious post-meal household chores. Comfortable beds, a large bathroom with a washing machine, and a large and bright dining room. And surprise... free wifi! We thank Antonio for the pleasant weekend and we will be back!

Beautiful location on the hills behind the Costa Rossa. Our son loved playing in the garden, and dinner on the shady terrace at sunset was a treat. Birdsong, otherwise hardly any sounds. Great beaches nearby. Martina was very welcoming. With Google Translate, the translation into German was also done. We highly recommend the place.

Good house on three floors, good facilities, nice with terrace and small garden. Located secluded. We were two adults and 4 children. The city offers various opportunities also outside of season, there is, for example, a playground, beach, restaurant, grocery store, kiosk. We enjoyed our days in La Ciaccia. The host was welcoming and helpful.

We had a wonderful time in this house. It was clean and had everything we needed. Is it set in beautiful nature without surrounding houses. Dario is a great host and made us feel extremely welcome. Thank you, we will be back!

Enrico was a lovely host. He said to always ask him for beach recommendations so he could recommend something based on the direction of the wind and he never missed! He was also very helpful with any other sort of local recommendations for restaurants or other things to do, and unerringly friendly. He lives above the guest house, but it's very private. The location is absolutely stunning, the pool is even better than the picture, the garden is absolutely teeming with life. We were there in May, so it was full of flowers, butterflies, dragonflies, and frogs in the pool. We were also visited daily by the two dogs who live on the property. We had a wonderful time. Apartment ideal for a couple, cozy and clean Superb view. Proximity to beaches, perfect location. Rugero is very available as needed. We had a pleasant stay.

We loved our stay with Jessica and Allesandro. The house was clean, spacious and comfortable. Everything we (couple with a baby) needed was there, including baby chair and bed). We especially loved the large outdoor area, with plenty of space to eat and relax. The beach is only 5 minutes walking distance (and several other beaches nearby) and the center is approx 10 minute by foot. Jessica is an amazing host. She provided us very good suggestions for beaches and restaurants and replied quickly to our questions. We will definitely recommend this place and will come back when we visit again.

THE VIEW!!! We thought the view would be good but it was actually spectacular!!! Loved watching the boats all afternoon and had morning sun with a shaded late afternoon patio for lunch and dinner. The air conditioning works VERY well and it’s in every room Including the living room! Loved having the extra bedroom upstairs with a bathroom connected. Truly wonderful villa.

Villa Boeddu was the highlight of our 2 week stay all around Sardinia. The hosts were incredibly kind and responsive, welcoming us with wine and farm fresh chicken eggs each morning that we used for breakfast! The Villa is gorgeous and our group loved meeting the animals (which is optional of course, but we enjoyed) especially the baby goat Sebastian and albino donkey Giuseppe. Enrico and his brother sent us a brochure with great local recommendations in Alghero. We couldn’t recommend this place enough!

We had a great week at Caterina's place. The view is amazing. The apartment was small but comfortable and efficient. Everything worked well. Caterina and her husband are very pleasant.

M&G are great hosts. We had a lovely time at the apartment in Capo Falcone. We really felt at home, the covered area and the garden meant we permanently lived outdoors only coming back inside to shower/sleep. There are some great walks , recommend the one to the Torre Falcone (although you need to be fit to go the direct route) and the views to La Pelosa and the islands behind from the apartment and close by are breathtaking. We miss the simplicity of Stintino and Sardinia and we are already planning another 3 weeks in 2026. Thank you for being lovely hosts. Bar close by has snacks and simple meals of high quality at reasonable prices (music and views are great). Shopping in Stintino a 10 min drive away.

Dear Marzia, thank you for the wonderful time at your wonderful villa! The house, the garden, the view, the attention to detail, but especially you and your hospitality. We felt comfortable from the first moment. We have never been so warmly welcomed and we are so grateful for all the delicacies and small gifts you have provided for us. You've always thought of us. Be it the extra beach umbrella or the cooler bag. You were always available immediately when we needed help. In addition, we enjoyed the peace and quiet very much. The children were able to let off steam and wanted to stay there. We too. We cooked a lot ourselves, which was really fun with this wonderfully equipped kitchen. We had a fantastic stay once again and it was definitively not the last time for us at this beautiful place.

I don’t have to tell you that the view from the terrace was amazing. You can see that in the photos. What might not come across in the photos Is the tranquility an absolute meditative peace that descends upon one while sitting on the terrace with a morning cup of coffee and a bit of a Nosh… just letting the church bells wash over you. I’m not a morning person, but I found myself during my time at Derek’s, eagerly awakening, and rushing out to brew a cup of coffee and just sit in serenity. One could not ask for a better place to embrace, peace, and recharge. And I haven’t even begun to talk about all of the fun and interesting things to do in Castelsardo as well as the medieval town and the wonderful restaurants. My wife and I are digital nomads . We Airbnb quite a lot. There are so many places to see and so many things to do that. I never say I would come back again. Derek’s is one of the few exceptions.

We had the joy of living in the beautiful house, very well equipped, we did not lack anything. A quiet and safe area within walking distance of a small beach and snack bar for lunch. The small village of Porto Pozzo is less than 5km away where there are restaurants and a grocery store. The owner of this house is very thoughtful and responded quickly to our messages. We recommend this property without hesitation.

The place was clean, quiet, peaceful. It’s a bit difficult to find. The road that leads to the apartment is very bumpy, and you’re not sure if you’re on the right road. But it’s a wonderful place.Andrea and Anna are wonderful hosts. They answered my text timely and always to the point, thank you Highly recommended to anyone who’s looking forward peace, quiet and relaxations. We’re enjoyed very much ❤️❤️

We had a wonderful two-week stay at Annagiulia’s apartment. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The apartment is spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated. It’s very well equipped — from dish soap and detergent to coffee capsules, playing cards, chess, and a great book collection. We were greeted with delicious Sardinian sweets, and check-in/out was seamless, thanks to the detailed instructions.
Annagiulia was a fantastic host — helpful, responsive, and full of great recommendations for restaurants and beaches. Halfway through our stay, the apartment was cleaned and we received fresh sheets and towels, which was a lovely touch.
The location is perfect: a short drive to stunning beaches, shops, and great restaurants. There’s even a nice pool just steps away. One of our favorite features was the terrace — with breathtaking views. We spent many peaceful days relaxing in the garden.
We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would love to return!

Had a great stay at Alessandro's place. Alghero was our first stop and perfectly suited for it. From AirBnB you can quickly reach the old town, the harbour, the beach and everything you need. In addition, it was very clean and was well equipped.

Super nice and very clean apartment. Very nice hosts. We still rave about this view of the sea from the terrace. Just beautiful. I can only recommend it 😃
