We offer a self-contained, single-storey cottage of nearly 90 m², with a high level of comfort, a jacuzzi and a magnificent view of the Champsaur valley. The cottage has 2 bedrooms of 15m², a large, fully equipped living room/kitchen and a veranda. You will also enjoy a pleasant, south-facing outdoor area with a shaded terrace, a green space, children's games and parking spaces.

The comfortable family cottage is located in a small mountain village "La Motte-en-Champsaur" located at the gates of the Parc des Ecrins, but it is also the starting point for several walks and activities. The setting is exceptional because the terrace faces the steep mountain, sometimes snowy and always sunny. The cottage is ideal for "nature" stays for families or groups of friends, for a hiking stopover or a typical mountain break in complete tranquility.

Le Balcon du Champsaur: the Autane gîte

The 75 m² Autane gîte of "Le balcon du Champsaur" is part of our old farm located in the hamlet of Les Richards overlooking the lively village of Pont du Fossé with its shops and services. Its dominant location allows it a unique view of the Champsaur Valley, the start of hikes at the gates of the Parc des Écrins, paragliding and a nearby climbing site. In winter, it is also a spot appreciated by cross-country skiers or snowshoe enthusiasts.
