Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in La Mézière

An fabulous apartment in a beautiful example of the local timber-frame architecture. The condition of the rooms and furnishings are exactly as they appear in the photos. I would absolutely recommend this property (and will be). I would point out (for information only) that there can be street noise on some nights. (There are disposable earplugs provided by Michaël which is very thoughtful). Most nights during my stay were fine and remarkably quiet though. Also as this is an historic building there are quirks like the spiral staircase and uneven timber flooring in the access hall. For me this was part of its authentic charm but if you have mobility issues factor this in. Michaël was a professional throughout. I had a hiccup with my travel arrangements on the day, so my arrival was a couple of hours later than planned for. Michaël was responsive throughout and accommodated my changed arrival without issue. This was deeply appreciated (having endured a stressful afternoon).

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Clément, qui nous a accueilli personnellement et nous a donné de bons conseils pour se restaurer et se ballader. L'appartement est au calme, bien équipé et bien insonorisé, à 10 mn à pieds du centre historique. Bonne literie également. Et la place de parking est bien pratique, quelle que soit la taille du véhicule. Nous recommandons vivement.

Mon séjour a été parfait. Le logement correspondait tout à fait aux annonces, et il est dans (à mon avis) le meilleur quartier de Rennes pour un séjour de vacances/découverte. Éric a été en communication permanente et tout c'est bien passé , pour l'arrivée, le sejour et le départ. Je conseille vivement.

Abbiamo trovato un appartamento davvero bello, ampio, pulito e ordinato. cucina e stoviglie pulite ( lavastoviglie con a disposizione le pastiglie per il lavaggio), bagno pulito, asciugamani e lenzuola pulitissimi, letti comodi. Impeccabile e organizzatissimo. Zona tranquillissima con parcheggio davanti al palazzo. A 10 minuti da Mont Saint Michel. Solène gentilissima e disponibile. Lo consiglio a chi sosterà in quella zona. 10 e lode.

Wonderful place to stay. Very spacious and the view was amazing. Well equipped and having the use of a bike is such a bonus.

This is a very cool, modern purpose-built guesthouse. It has very modern facilities, including coffee machine etc. The heating is a very cool automatic wood-fire, but it is quite complicated so I would recommend discussing it with Adrien so he can set the timer to suit you. The location is very rural, with chickens and geese for neighbours! It was perfect for my cycle ride up through France to St Malo.

Superbe séjour! L’endroit est magnifique, tant à l’intérieur qu’à l’extérieur, très paisible et accueillant. Nous y avons été très confortables dans la maison spacieuse : deux salles de bain, trois chambres, du mobilier d’assise pour tous dans le salon et dehors. La maison est lumineuse et bien aérée. La maison est bien indiquée avec des écriteaux sur l’extérieur et l’arrivée autonome s’est bien déroulée. Le logement est à proximité, en voiture, de plusieurs endroits que nous voulions visiter. Anne a été très avenante pour nos besoins, répondait et se déplaçait rapidement si nous avions des interrogations.

What a wonderful place to stay - if you’re looking for a unique place to stay that is quiet and so relaxing, this is your spot. The hosts are so friendly with wonderful recommendations, and the house is exactly as described. The hosts were so accommodating to the times we needed and even when flight and rental car delays occurred, they were flexible to accommodate us. Highly recommend!

Great place, close to center, private parking! Extremely surprised of the clean house, well done! All comfort availeable. Maybe some aircon missing?

Geweldig verblijf bij Zabeth en Pascal. Fijne persoonlijke ontvangst, met uitleg van de excellente apparatuur en de omgeving. Koelkast gevuld met o.a. frisdrank, yohurtjes, boter, jam etc. Verder voldoende koffie aanwezig o.a. voor de dolce gusto. Appartement is zeer smaakvol en trendy ingericht. Het appartement ligt aan een doodlopend straatje, vlakbij het centrum. Daardoor erg rustig in de straat en geen geluidsoverlast. Deze superhosts met hun mooie 2 stuks privé appartementen, zijn zeker aan te bevelen. Bedankt voor het super fijne verblijf. R&R

L'appartement est très confortable, propre et au calme, nous y avons séjourné pour un week-end en famille et cela correspondait bien à la description. Maëlys s'est montrée très réactive aux messages, et les échanges étaient agréables et bienveillants.

Logement très propre et très agréable au cœur de Dinard. Une belle adresse à retenir et un accueil parfait.

Superbe condo, très bien équipé, bien decoré et situé dans une rue calme. Il y a un beau coin gazon pour prendre l'apero. On a reçu un petit cadeau à notre arrivee et plusieurs bonnes recommandations. La remise des clefs s'est fait en personne à une heure convenue d'avance. Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour, on le recommande!
