We welcome you to a renovated 65 m2 cottage (4/6 people) located in the center of the village of Champtoceaux – Orée d'Anjou, close to all amenities, and 30 km east of Nantes. You will stay in one of the oldest buildings in the village, in a completely renovated place that has retained its character. Enjoy with family or friends this fabulous place to stay that offers good times in perspective. In the countryside, very quiet with a large garden. Note that this accommodation is not a multipurpose room, more than 10 people on site there will be additional charges and you need to discuss with the owners. The house is located close to 2 large ponds of the Voireau with its beach and the Provostière for beautiful walks and 7 km from Riaillé with all the shops.

Large charming gîte in the common areas of the romantic Château de Launay in the peaceful and green countryside of Grand-Auverné. We are 45 minutes from Nantes, Angers or Rennes. It can accommodate 20 people and offers 240 m2 with 2 fitted and equipped kitchens, 10 bedrooms, 2 living rooms and 3 bathrooms. Under the central porch, there is a large wellness area with a jacuzzi (for 6-7 people) and a sauna. Outside, the access, parking and garden are private.

This accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family, ideal for 4 adults and 2 children maximum. The house is composed of a bedroom with its walk-in shower, a 2nd bedroom, an equipped kitchen/living room that can accommodate young and old, a living room with a double sofa bed. You can enjoy a terrace to eat or relax and an outdoor area of 3800 m2 with swimming pool (from 29 May to 27 September). Our house is also on this property.

My place is surrounded by multicenter trees of ancient roses and hydrangeas in a property dating from the 18th century 4 km from the town of Nort sur Erdre and its train station , 30 minutes from Nantes ,close to the canal from Nantes to Brest ideal for hikers on foot or by bike ,fishermen, canoe rides...many circuits in the area. Summer school holidays: weekly rental from Saturday to Saturday. Outside vacation: Minimum 2 nights rental.
