Hors village, maison de montagne, dans le Haut Minervois. Epicerie et auberge/café à 3km. La rivière La Cesse est à 5min à pied. Lieu paisible, vue sur les montagnes. Proche d'Olonzac, Canal du midi, Carcassonne, Lézignan-Corbières, Narbonne/Gruissan et Mazamet. Entre Toulouse et Montpellier, passant par Béziers. Nombreuses pistes de randonnée. Climat agréable, été comme hiver, 360m d'altitude. Côté entrée donnant sur une route calme, qui était autrefois l'unique chemin reliant les villages.

L'éco-gîte se trouve en pleine nature au cœur de 4 ha nichés au bord de la rivière, une piscine naturelle couverte partagée (ouverte mi-fin Mai à mi-Septembre), d'une terrasse et de jeux pour les enfants. La maison offre une pièce principale avec large cuisine, une chambre pour 2, une mezzanine douillette avec 2 lits simples. Nous sommes vignerons en biodynamie. Proximité de Minerve, Canal du Midi, Gorge d'Héric, Carcassonne...Un lieu de paix et de ressourcement. A partir de 5 nuitées l'été.

Salamander Chalet

Geniet van de rust, het uitzicht en het comfort van dit stijlvolle chalet. Zeer geschikt als romantisch uitje of even bijkomen in de natuur met je gezin. Wij zitten op 650 meter hoogte, in een hete zomer is het altijd iets koeler dan in het dal en met een briesje, heel aangenaam. In de nacht koelt het meer af en is het lekker slapen. Een airco hebben wij niet nodig. Honden zijn welkom, € 15 per verblijf. Voor de winter is er een houtkachel. Wij leveren een kruiwagen met stookhout voor €15.
