The elevator starts on the first level, as the ground floor is occupied by a commercial space with separate street access. To reach the apartment, you’ll enter the main door using a code provided before your arrival, go up about 15 steps to the first floor, and then take the elevator directly to the sixth floor, where the apartment is located. Upon entering, guests find a modern, functional, and carefully designed space, perfect for relaxing, working, or enjoying a seaside getaway. The interior features neutral tones, microcement finishes, and natural materials that create a sense of calm, harmony, and wellbeing. 🛏 Bedroom: A comfortable and cozy independent bedroom featuring two 1x2 m beds joined as a King-size bed (2x2 m) with hotel-quality mattresses. It includes a large wardrobe, safe, natural ventilation through a window, air conditioning (connected to the living area), and a 55" LG Smart TV with Internet access. All bedding is 100% white cotton, with two individual Nordic duvets and their covers. The window is fitted with blackout curtains to ensure total darkness for a restful sleep. 🚿 Bathroom: A full bathroom decorated in microcement, with a spacious walk-in shower.
