Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in La Guyonnière

Emma was an amazing host. We instantly felt right at home in the apartment. The place was clean, very quite and close to a convenience store. Adding to that the fact that we were downtown Nantes, meaning we were within a walking distance to museums, the Loire, and lots of historical places and restaurants.

If you want to feel a local in the city centre, this is the right place. I kind of feel at home since I arrived. The building entrance corridor requires some upgrade to make it look nicer. The apartment is in the 3rd floor, and this may be an issue if you have large bagagges. The apartment has their own furniture, which is nice, but sometimes you may find a hidden speck of dust. Some nice features, such as a collection of vynil records make it unique. At night, you may hear the crowd from the restaurants on the street, but it was ok for me, I did enjoy my sleep. The highlight of the apartment is the location, the bright and spacious living room, which made me qualify this place with a 5 star.

Quiet location, very well maintained apartment and with all the amenities available (washing machine and dishwasher, coffee machine, etc.). The decor is cosy, you feel at home. In addition to the nice touches from the owners (brioche, fruit juice, homemade jam and homemade biscuits) we really appreciated these welcoming gestures as well as the kindness and smile of the owners. We had a very cute little flower garden with the singing of some chickens. We'll keep the address safe if we come back to the area because it's 5 or 10 minutes from Puy du Fou, which is very nice.

A night booked to take a simple break on the journey. We were pleasantly surprised by the equipment of the apartment (many towels + gloves, cotton buds, pharmacy, several pillows...), as well as by the small touches (brioches, spread, orange juice, milk, cold water...). Having rented many apartments, I have rarely seen this, especially in this budget. In addition, the apartment is really very clean, worthy of a good hotel. The parking space is right in front of the apartment, which allows you to be very quickly settled. Thanks again, and see you soon!

Laurent's place is in a great location, easy to walk to most parts of Nantes, but is also in a very peaceful quiet area of the city. 15 minutes walk to Ile De Nantes, 30imutes to train station, 10 minutes to centre ville. the bathroom is amazing with a spacious shower. the cooking facilities are enough to make simple meals which you can enjoy on the balcony. the bed is very comfortable and we got a great sleep! the record player is a bonus as we bought lots of new music but could also listen to Laurent's collection. there is a great Boulangerie and small super market just 1 minute walk away with a great selection of fresh food. code access to all doors is so easy and no worry about losing the keys! would stay again and recommend to friends.

Josias is very available for communication. The accommodation is as described and located at the back of the charming courtyard. The neighborhood is quiet. As Parisians, we appreciated the silence and tried to preserve it

Excellent accommodation, very clean and extremely convenient! The apartment is spacious, well furnished and you really feel at home. Everything is designed for travelers' comfort. I highly recommend it, it was a real pleasure to stay there!

We stayed at Anne-Laure's for our stay at Puy du Fou. It was spotless. Privacy respected thanks to individual bedrooms and bathrooms, very clean, quiet and easy to access. The host is very nice and accommodating. We arrived late but she still came to greet us the next day when she saw us, and remained available during the stay. We were 5 adults and 2 babies and we have nothing to say. If we come back to Puy du Fou, unanimously, we will come back to Anne-Laure's.

Very nice little house, clean with everything you need to have a good stay. Just a little anxiety as a mum with the miller's ladder and my 3 and a half year old boy, but otherwise great! Romain is very available No complaints, great!

The place is perfect, worthy of a 4-star hotel. Everything is well thought out and done to feel good and have a comfortable stay. Probably one of the best airbnb I've ever had. I'd recommend it without a second thought.

A beautiful house with a nice and well-appointed garden space. The environment is very quiet in the heart of the countryside. The house is very welcoming, spacious and tastefully decorated. Fanny and Marc were very responsive to questions. Check-in is autonomous and you feel a warm and peaceful atmosphere in this beautiful house. We will come back without hesitation ☀️

Alexandre's place is very nice, well arranged and well decorated. It is very well equipped, you will not miss anything during your stay. Check-in and checkout are completely self-contained, which is very convenient.

The location of this accommodation allows you to discover and visit Nantes and the surrounding area in very good conditions. The documentation provided by Viviane for both appliances and ideas for outings was very helpful. We really enjoyed the food products (brioche, milk, fruit juice) available to us for breakfast.
