Our house in L'Épine (approximately 120 m2) can accommodate up to 7 people + 1 baby cot. This Noirmoutrine farmhouse, which was recently renovated in 2020, is very bright and functional, ideal for a stay with family or friends. House in the heart of the village of L'Épine, less than a 5-minute walk from shops and services (bakery, restaurants, butcher, deli, caterer, supermarket, tobacco, press, bars, pharmacy, library). Ocean Beach (700 m away).

The Annex - Not accessible PRM Holiday home on the island of Noirmoutier, in a quiet cul-de-sac and surrounded by a 700 m2 enclosed garden. Plage de l'Océan and Plage des Eloux are the closest, less than 500 m away, the centre of L'Epine is 350 m away and the Bois des Eloux is 200 m away. It is next to the cycle paths for exploring the island and numerous amenities. Fully renovated and equipped with wifi internet.
