Welcome to Les Sables! Nice 32 m2 studio located on the 7th floor of a luxury residence in the heart of the boardwalk. A splendid oceanfront view, over the entire right side of the bay and the entrance to the channel. The beach and the boardwalk are steps away! For your convenience, a free parking space is reserved for you during the summer season in June/July/August. Parking is a 10-minute walk from the accommodation. Everything is planned to accommodate you in the best conditions. See you soon!

Ideal location facing the sea and close to Arago, the beach below and a very rare 180° view over the rooftops of the bay. This 32 m2 apartment is a real favorite. Fully equipped kitchen, new sofa bed 09/2023, 140 bed, comfort mattress, sea view and a folding bed for a child. Wi-Fi, large flat screen TV, fan... Possibility to park your bikes in a private courtyard in the building. All shops and many restaurants are within walking distance.
