Very well located on La Roche-sur-Yon, Bus nearby, 5-minute walk to the hospital, IUT, FAC or School of Nursing and Commerce. By car, you will be 35 minutes from the Vendée beaches, Puy du Fou or Indian Forest... Arrival in complete autonomy or by our care, we adapt. The accommodation includes an entrance hall, a veranda, a studio (with a bed, a sofa bed, a kitchen and bathroom), a laundry room, a pleasant garden 20 m from the house: between shade and river! Many walks await you whether you like hiking, running, trail running or mountain biking.
