Holiday rentals with a pool in La Garde

We spent a weekend at this place for 5. Frédéric was very responsive and the place is well functional and modern.

Everything was perfect for us. All the descriptions of the property, photos etc were accurate. Daniel and Jeremy were very helpful and always responded to queries. We did not speak French and they did not speak English but we managed to comunicate by phone/text and translator apps. So no issues. It was slighly difficult to get to by car but once you got used to it, it was not an issue. There are no shops or restaurants close by but that did not worry us as we were happy to make our own dinner each evening. The weather was perfect during our stay 20 deg at 09.00 and a max of around 30 deg. We would recommend this place to any couple, either as a base for site seeing or to chill out if you don't want to get out and about. We visited 3 different beaches during our stay and did touristy things during the day. Then made our own meal in the evening. We ate breakfast and dinner on the terrace and it was very peacful. We had an exceptional week's holiday at Alexia's! The house is sumptuous, carefully decorated and renovated with quality materials. The bedding is quality. The air conditioning is silent. The house matches the photos perfectly. The pool is a huge asset, sunny and perfectly maintained by its owner. Alexia is an outstanding host. We met him several times during our stay. She recommended nearby restaurants, playgrounds for children, and local shops. We followed his advice and did not regret it. The accommodation was impeccably clean, all the necessary amenities were provided in the house. This is a change from AirBnbs where you sometimes only find 3 plates and 4 mismatched glasses. What a joy to find AirBnBs of such good quality where you feel that the owners have put all their heart into it. We will return to Alexia's with great pleasure.

We had a lovely stay at this villa. The place is exactly as described on the Airbnb site, clean, spacious and comfortable. The view from the terrace is superb, especially at sunset and sunrise. The pool is overflowing at its best! Always a little shade available as well. Location not too far from the beaches and close to many restaurants and shops. Luc's villa is very nice in a very quiet and panoramic area. The apartment is modern and rational with a nice kitchen, living room and the rooms are spacious enough, not the very small bathrooms of the two bedrooms with single beds. Uncomfortable single toilets without a sink for Italians accustomed to the toilet in the bathroom and without bidets. Access to the apartment with 24 steps to go down not convenient for elderly people or mobility problems, another 20 steps to reach the beautiful pool with bathroom and shower service and full kitchen. We found this area not as clean as the pool that was basically left to our exclusive maintenance, we are owners of pools and therefore we have dealt with doing even more than necessary, but it does not seem fair and could generate disputes with the property. A disassembled and broken umbrella that cannot be used, so shade on the sun loungers only for three stations. There are no underwear towels in the linens. Kitchen knife shop not sharp. Parking is exclusively on the public road and therefore not protected. However, overall we had a very good time and the area is really nice with many possibilities of trips and beaches.

Our stay was a complete success! The location is very quiet and ideal for relaxing. The bed was extremely comfortable, so we could sleep wonderfully. The pool was a real highlight: large, refreshing and perfect for cooling off on warm days. The house itself is spacious and very well equipped (dishwasher, washing machine…) with a large plot around it. The walk into town is quite steep, but doable. In about 20 minutes you are in the center of the beautiful village of Le Lavandou, where there are many great restaurants. Particularly noteworthy is Christine, who was quickly reachable at any time and immediately took care of everything. Merci beaucoup!

For our first experience on Airbnb, we hit the jackpot. Jean Christian is very welcoming, his accommodation is spotless, super equipped and very functional. 7 to 8 minutes' walk to be on the port of nice beaches, and very good restaurants. So that people don't think I'm an easy sell, I'll just make a small remark about the bathroom sink faucet which is a bit difficult to maneuver!!!! (but it still works very well), but one thing that is very rare in rentals is the quality of the bedding, the mattress is really very very good quality, and the residence is very quiet, very little traffic due to its geographical location. Perfect studio for a romantic getaway! The residence is located in a very quiet and beautiful area with direct access to the sea for beautiful sunsets! We loved the details in the decor and amenities! Corinne and Jade thought of everything so we could just enjoy it! Go there without so much as a second thought! ☀️

A short week at Sanary sur Mer villa. The accommodation was well equipped, functional. Nothing to say it's a very relaxing place, a beautiful pool, not far from the city but still quiet. I would recommend it in a second.

Beautiful apartment with fantastic views. Apartment had everything we needed and high quality tennis courts and swimming pool were a real bonus. Very welcoming and friendly hosts. Bus stop right outside apartment and shuttle ferry to Toulon with onward boat and rail connection makes it easy to explore the area. We hope to return!

Well designed and convenient apartment. You can walk to the port and there are walks nearby. The peninsula of Giens and Hyères are very close by car.

Very pleasant stay, functional accommodation and perfect for a couple and 2 children. The environment is quiet and peaceful and there is no shortage of activities nearby!

Great place, great location.

Great stay. Everything is as described. The house is spacious with a large kitchen and nice decor. The exterior with the garden, pool and terrace is very nice and offers us breathtaking views over the vineyards and reliefs. The location is ideal because the sea and highway are minutes away. The owner is very nice, available and gave us the information we needed to visit the area.

The reception was excellent. The house is completely faithful to the listing, in very good condition, very clean. The surroundings of the garden, terraces and pool are a big plus. The bedding is extremely qualitative. A garage completes this service. The proximity to the village of La Cadière and all the surrounding resorts is also a positive element.

The house is very nice and has a really great and very large pool. The house is located in an enclosed complex with about 20 houses and is only about 10 minutes from the beach. The house and location are really perfect for a beach vacation. Unfortunately, on the first day after just an hour, the neighbor complained about the volume of the children in the pool. We were very irritated, as we have probably been in a house with a pool ten times and this happened for the first time. Therefore, we had to pay a lot of attention to the volume of the children for the remaining days, which gave us little joy. We cannot now conclude from this individual case in general, but we want to recommend another accommodation for families with children as a precaution. The communication with the agency was very good and always worked to our complete satisfaction.
