A nice little 45 m2 apartment, in a quiet, gated community (parking lots and a pétanque court). Air-conditioned bedroom with a 140 cm bed, living room with a sofa bed with a very good mattress and a large fan with blades. Both have access through separate doors that can be locked to the bathroom and toilet. There is a kitchen, a south-facing terrace, and a nice little garden to the north. It has all the comforts, including air conditioning.
