Gîte La Suite N°1 – Maison Achard & Fils

The story of Maison Achard & Fils is first and foremost a family story, in Chamaret, in the Drôme Provençale. In the middle of 1 ha of oaks, the owner built this dry stone property entirely, after drawing up his plans. It's a lifetime project, a project that started 20 years ago. In 2023, we are writing a new chapter in the history of our farmhouse, with the opening of a 45 m2 annex, Suite No. 1, intended to accommodate a couple while ensuring excellence and tranquility, surrounded by nature.

Le Splendid is a self-contained apartment with a high-end private 93-jet hot tub. This former barn renovated in a contemporary style where stone and design mix, will provide you with elegance and comfort. Ideally located in Saint-Étienne-des-Sorts in the Gard, a charming little village built on the banks of the Rhône. 20 km from La Roque-sur-Cèze and its Sautadet Waterfalls, 20 km from the Ardèche Gorges and the medieval village of Aigueze, 45 km from Vallon-Pont-d'Arc, 30 km from Avignon

Cottage for 8 people located in a 16th-century building. The accommodation includes a 3-bedroom apartment and an adjoining studio with a large private terrace. You will enjoy a shared patio with a gazebo, deck chairs, and a masonry jacuzzi with a waterfall and 14 jets. The spa is heated to 32°C, and access is free. Parking available in the inner courtyard. The place is perfect for a family vacation or a business trip. The hot tub is open from mid-April to the end of September.

In Drôme Provençale, next to Grignan, between vineyards and lavender, our cottage is the only one on the property. It is located upstairs, for four adults, adjoining the owners' farmhouse. 48 m2 living room, with fully equipped open kitchen, relaxation area with 127 cm TV, air conditioning. 35 m2 master suite with walk-in shower, double sinks, separate toilet, air conditioning. 30 m2 mezzanine. Both beds are 160 X 200. Private terrace with Weber barbecue.

Lovely little 30 m² detached cottage with outdoor area, located above the hosts' house. Common entrance through the gate. Nestled at the top of a picturesque village, La Garde-Adhémar, ranked among the most beautiful villages in France. Under the oak trees, you can enjoy the freshness of our little wood, accompanied by birdsong and cicadas in summer. Restaurants, grocery stores, walking trails, and plenty of sightseeing spots can be discovered nearby.
