Our independent 40 m2 studio, on the ground floor at one end of our typical farmhouse, is located in the heart of the countryside, a few km from tourist sites (Rochefort-en-Terre, Massif des Grées, Parc de la Préhistoire, Tropical Parc, Moulin Neuf Leisure Center, La Gacilly, Île-aux-Pies, Branféré Zoo, Brocéliande, Vannes...), 35 minutes from the beaches, a few minutes from all amenities (food and craft shops, medical center, pharmacy, train station, supermarket, farmers' markets).

Located in the heart of a 6000 m2 wooded park, our cottage will charm you with its calm. The kitchen opens onto a living room with exposed stones where a good fire will warm you up in the large fireplace (wood provided). Upstairs you will find 3 rooms including one with dressing room. The south facing terrace and expansive garden are conducive to relaxation, barbecues, and outdoor games. Observe deer and birds in this green setting, ideal for families and nature lovers.

The Pennepont gîte is located in the heart of the Arz Valley, in a wooded and green setting of 5 hectares. Our 18th century farmhouse has been renovated with eco-friendly materials; it consists of a living room with beautiful fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, large mezzanine (relaxation area) with sofa bed (2 pers.) and two bedrooms (5 pers.) You will enjoy the outdoors, consisting of a terrace with barbecue, bread oven, and games for children: zip line, swing...

GITE DE LA "PIAIS" IN THE COUNTRYSIDE

Welcome to the country of the Vilaine valleys, a stone's throw from the Corbinières valley between Rennes – Nantes and Redon, in the "Piais" cottage in Guipry-Messac (green station, 1st ecotourism label in France). The cottage is a building on my farm where I came as a little girl to milk the cows with my mom. It fell into ruin and I was able to renovate it 10 years ago and equip it inside and out so that you can enjoy it with your families and friends.
