Situated in the heart of the town Gran Tarajal, you will find this bright apartment with spectacular ocean and beach views. The apartment has two bedrooms and a capacity to accommodate four people. The living room is very spacious, with a 55inch SmartTv and a fully equipped kitchen, including oven, washing machine and dryer. You will also find a balcony where you can sit down and enjoy not only the stunning views, but also the ocean sound and breeze. The apartment design is a modern one, so that your stay at Casa Playa Chica can be an unforgatable experience. * On Fridays and Saturdays, until October 2026, there may be increased nighttime activity in the surrounding area due to the proximity of a leisure venue that is independent from the accommodation.

Spacious rooms, fabulous views of the mountains and the sea (reachable by foot in a few minutes). Enjoy the sun of Fuerteventura on two large terraces. Las Playitas is the ideal starting point for many activities: swimming, surfing, hiking, cycling, golf,... everything right outside the front door within walking distance.

This sun filled house is not just a mere living space. The magnificent views to the sea and the surrounding volcanic mountains, the large windows and the symmetric lines, turn it into the perfect retreat to relax, unwind and connect with the unique beauty of the island. Its careful refurbishment was made thanks to the contribution and creative input of my cousin, the captain. All the woodwork and the lighting fixtures are designed and custom made in his studio located in the neighborhood.
