Situated in the heart of the town Gran Tarajal, you will find this bright apartment with spectacular ocean and beach views. The apartment has two bedrooms and a capacity to accommodate four people. The living room is very spacious, with a 55inch SmartTv and a fully equipped kitchen, including oven, washing machine and drier. Enjoy the spectacular ocean views from the main windows of the room and catch a memorable sunset directly from the comfort of the sofa. The apartment design is a modern one, so that your stay at Casa Playa Chica can be an unforgatable experience. * On Fridays and Saturdays, until October 2026, there may be increased nighttime activity in the surrounding area due to the proximity of a leisure venue that is independent from the accommodation.

This sun filled house is not just a mere living space. The magnificent views to the sea and the surrounding volcanic mountains, the large windows and the symmetric lines, turn it into the perfect retreat to relax, unwind and connect with the unique beauty of the island. Its careful refurbishment was made thanks to the contribution and creative input of my cousin, the captain. All the woodwork and the lighting fixtures are designed and custom made in his studio located in the neighborhood.

The 2003 bus is now a classic but technically and visually in a good Zustand.Herd/Spüle/Frischwasser (approx. 30 l) /refrigerator/air conditioning/ rotating seats (2x) /table/ sunroof (2 sleeping places) / awning/solar system/external shower (8 l.) etc. The seat can be pushed out to a bed and 2 adults can sleep on it.
