In the heart of Poiroux, 12 minutes from the nearest beaches such as Veillon or Le Bouil beach, 12 minutes from Port Bourgenay, 7 minutes from Talmont Saint Hilaire and 20 minutes from Les Sables d'Olonne, the house is at the heart of all the points of interest in the area. The village also has a supermarket, tobacco, bread depot and catering for your little extras!

For your convenience, a free parking space is reserved for you during the summer season in June/July/August. Parking is a 10-minute walk from the accommodation. The beaches of Longeville-Sur-Mer, Jard-Sur-Mer and Talmont-St-Hilaire are only a few kilometers from the accommodation (15 km) and you are only 15 minutes from La Roche-sur-Yon.
