Small cottage between land and sea

We are the first house (or the last depending on where we arrive) of a small very quiet hamlet between Dinan (20 minutes away) and Saint Malo (15 minutes away). The cottage is a totally independent studio on our property. It is accessible by a staircase and is not overlooked. It has a private garden, also without any vis-à-vis, with table and chairs, umbrella, coffee table and sunbeds, barbecue... The pool, heated to 28 degrees is only open in summer, from 26 June to 6 September.

Country House

Independent country house, Rental only from Saturday to Saturday during school holidays and summer period, and 5 nights minimum for the rest of the year. Accommodation for up to 6 guests. The rate is the same for 1 to 4 guests, for any additional guests the rate is automatically adjusted on the site, i.e. €15 per person per day. House suitable for families with children and babies Surrounded by a large wooded lot for guaranteed tranquility.

TI BOEM Gîte, Cancale, Saint-Malo

The accommodation consists of a living room with equipped kitchen, living room with sofa bed (140x190), dining room, bathroom with toilet. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms with 160x200 beds and a toilet. SOUTH FACING outdoor terrace with outdoor furniture (1 table, 6 chairs & 2 sunbeds). Possibility of providing a travel cot, as well as a baby high chair free of charge. Sheets and linens are not provided but can be provided as an option.

Our SPA cottage is located near Mont Saint-Michel, Cancale and Saint-Malo. The nearest city center is Dol de Bretagne, 5 minutes away. The SPA is optional, it includes a jacuzzi, sauna and hammam. The accommodation is accessible for people with limited mobility. The cottage is composed of 3 independent houses, surrounded by nature. La Nacre is the house on the right in the cover photo.

It is in the centre of a very small village which has a bakery, small convenience shop, cafes and restaurants. It is a short walk to the beach.
