Find your family in this *** listed house, completely renovated. Peaceful haven in the middle of a small village, detached house near the seaside resorts. 500 m² of landscaped and fenced garden. Sheets and duvet covers included. Optional cleaning for stays longer than 3 nights (€40) and mandatory if stays are less than or equal to 3 nights (€30). Optional towels (€20). Options are to be paid on arrival. Deposit of €100 for each uncollected cheque requested. Valentine's Day Kit €50.

Locality "Les chataigniers" at No. 2

2 bedrooms, kitchen, living room, toilet, private shower room. Private entrance, in house located on the heights of Apremont in Vendée with views of its 16th century Château. 5 min walk to the village (restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy etc.) and the lake with its beach, games for children, hiking..... Coming from the village, take the D 107, first house on the right with a palm tree and a fir tree on the lawn. If you see the end of the village sign, you've gone too far!

Small quiet studio (Linen and cleaning included)

Small studio for 2 people, 30 minutes from the sea and La Roche-sur-Yon. Fitted kitchen with TV, bathroom and toilet on the ground floor. Sleeping: In mezzanine (access by a miller's ladder) 1 bed of 140, TV, possibility of sleeping on the ground floor in the sofa bed of 140. The studio is adjacent to the owners' home who love peace and quiet. All on a plot planted with Mediterranean plants. Duvet cover, dish towels, cleaning products and dishes included.

Facing the sea: enjoy an exceptional panorama. Beautiful 2-room apartment (2/4 people) renovated in 2024 – GREAT COMFORT. The beach and dune are at the foot of the apartment (no road to cross). Remarkable ocean and Île d'Yeu views from the dining area, loggia and even from your bedroom bed. Admire the sunsets as a couple, with family or friends. You have your own closed garage; ideal for your car and for storing bicycles, trailer and beach games.

In your accommodation, everything is designed so that you can make yourself at home (good bedding, equipped kitchen, large bathroom) shops 800 m away. Atypical, unusual, nestled in trees, it is a mini wooden house on wheels, respectful of the environment and designed with healthy and ecological materials. It is located in the heart of the world of Ania under the benevolent gaze of horses.

We are ideally located 25 km from the sea and 60 km from Puy du Fou, and 45 minutes from Nantes."
