Our cottage has been sympathetically renovated and is a uniquely individual space retaining a wealth of originality, blended perfectly with a contemporary feel. We can welcome 6, with two double bedrooms and a large double sofa-bed in the galleried landing area. A spacious living area leads to a quiet outdoor patio with rural views. The grounds the cottage are located in are surrounded by a large moat which contains unprotected deep water. Unsuitable for young unsupervised children.

Enjoy this fabulous 280 m2, comfortable, tastefully decorated place with the whole family. You will be dazzled by the diversity of the garden, the flowers, the fruits, the birdsong... Shops, doctors, theater, cathedral, restaurants... all just a stone's throw away, and yet it's the silence that will surprise you. The pool area and its deckchairs at the bottom of the garden and for the more athletic and brave… punching ball, darts, basketball hoop and ping pong table are at your disposal.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. It includes on the ground floor a living room open to the outside, a toilet and a bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed as well as a shower and vanity unit. Upstairs, a bathroom with toilet and a bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed and a 90 x 190 bed (accessible by an external staircase). Outside you will find a terrace and a heated pool from mid-May to the end of September. From July 1 to August 31, rent from Saturday to Saturday only.

Great for quiet stays with family or friends, our accommodation is located 15 minutes from Puy du Fou to welcome you in the countryside in a village of 4 houses and 5 minutes from the Sèvre Nantaise to take nice walks on foot or by canoe. 1 hour drive, the sea, the Poitevin marsh and its Green Venice, the Doué-la-Fontaine Zoo, the troglodyte caves and the banks of the Loire allow you to discover the region. The indoor heated pool is at your disposal.

Located 35 minutes from Puy du Fou, Cap au p'tit pont welcomes you in a quiet and green environment. Part of the farmhouse, accessible independently, is entirely dedicated to you.
