L'entrée est indépendante de la longère Normande que je viens de restaurer. Situé sur 4ha en lisière de forêt. A 3km de Pavilly, 7 km du centre commercial de Barentin, sur l' axe Rouen 20mn, Dieppe 35mn; Amiens, le Havre A29 Le Parking est privé, fermé par un portail. A toute saison la vue est superbe

Large house in the Normandy countryside, very quiet, on the edge of the Seine loops, 20 minutes from Rouen (historic districts) and 45 minutes from the sea (Veules-les-Roses, Dieppe, Etretat). In the middle of the fields, surrounded by animals (sheep, donkeys, chickens). The house consists of a large living room with fireplace, a large dining room (12 people) and an equipped kitchen. Outside, free access to the large garden, terrace (barbecue, garden furniture) and vegetable garden.
